I got a call saying that I was being sued for 10000 dollars and had to pay it now when asked for proof to talk to my lawyer he hung up on me I called right back an got a voice mailbox for a magic jack consumer so I hung up and called back he answered I asked if he was going to send me proof or not and he told me he wasn't allowed to talk to me cause u had already called the cops and they would be at my house in 20 minutes and hung up on me again then a few hours later he called back again and I let it go to voicemail and he leaves me a voicemail that says love you and hung up so I called my township officers and reported it cause it scares me cause he has my address they need to catch this guy and soon

Dude calls me today stating that He was from some law office. He had what sounded like a very thick middle eastern accent and was very hard to understand. I guess I was pissing him off because when I asked him a question and He gave a response, I could not understand him so I kept asking "what?". He stated that I was the primary suspect on a fraud case and that the police would be up at my work today to pick me up. He hung up on me once He got so pissed that I could not understand him. So I called him back three times and one time when I called, it went to a voice mailbox and said " We're sorry. The magic Jack customer you are trying to reach is not available. Please leave a message at the tone." Sorry, but no one from a law office is going to be using a cheap "magic Jack" from the dollar store. Dude got me all weird up. I was ready to go to North Carolina tofind him. I saw other posts on other sites about this dip s***.  A lot of people stated that He was claiming that people owed $10,000 or they would go to jail that day or the next day. They won't answer your questions either. I told them I needed to speak to someone who spoke plain English.

I just received a phone call from these people telling me that i had a warrant out for my arrest and that I supposedly took out a loan from someone and that i didnt pay it back. They told me that I had to get an attorney and that there was a lawsuit against me. I called my local law enforcement agency and they told me that I did not have a warrant and that they looked up the number and it was a scam. Freaked me out at first. They told me I owed 10,000 dollars and had to pay him money to stop the lawsuit.

me  to I got a threatening phone call telling me to call a jamaican back or an officer would come arrest me he said  good luck to me about some fraud I cross refrenced the phone number i found this sight THANKS all i know is the call is the same number out of south carolina I live in louisiana.

I also had this done to me day before yesterday.  I knew it was a scam as soon as he said I could either pay up or be arrested.  You can't pay a lawyer to cancel "fraud and criminal activity", which I was told was why I would be arrested.  I called the Attorney General's Consumer Protection office and they confirmed it a scam and that it's been happening a lot lately.  She also told me that while you can get sued civilly for an unpaid payday/loan, etc., you will never be arrested for it.  I too, feel bad for those who have fallen for it.

I called this number back and informed the man that he or the people he was sending to my house could go ahead and come to my door,that I had 357 for him. I haven't got a call back...I do promise to give them 357 if they show up at my door.

I told him to arrest me and hung up. I HATE IDIOTS LIKE HIM AND HE HAS NO IDEA WHO HE IS TALKING TO ON THIS END OF THE PHONE !!!!!!  I GOT SOMETHING FOR HIM !!!!!

I jst got a call from this number sounds like they are trying this with everyone lol very rude so i was rude back dont think he liked that i called him out on his scam

This guy said he was going to arrest me and it was a serious matter and I needed to caugh up $2500. I would love to prank record these guys lol. Sadly I could see so many gualiable people falling for this.

Received a very threatening message that I was gonna arrested and charged with a $40,000 fine. I called back and the Indian guy which I had trouble understanding was rude and wanted to know who I was. I asked who he was , he said that I had called earlier. I told him that if he knew the numbed then he should know who I was. He told me to wait for the officers. I called back 2 more times, once he answered saying Baker&McKenzie law office. The last time he said it was Carlton County Sherrifs office. When I asked to speak to someone else he hung up. Something needs to b done,people that are unaware could seriously b taken advantage of

I had received a few calls from the number 7047456193 the number came up n.carolina.they left messages on my phone that this is my warning that id better get in contact with him he was sgt claud I was gonna get 3 yrsin jail and I owed 10,000$.the guy had an accent like indian,pakastani idk anyway...he said that the police would be at my door or work to arrest me he raddled off my address and said he has my ss number.icalled the guy back he was very rude saying owed a check advance.I had a feeling this was a scam.I did call the police they came out and the police had me call the guy or guys andi got a thing that said it was a majic jack number.free phone service to your phone.the scammer said they where with the law office of baker and mckenzie.

On february 6, 2013 I received a call from this number saying that I owed cash net some money and if I did not pay him he was going to come to my house in ten minutes to arrest me and make my life miserable. Yes he has a jamamcian accent and very very rude. PLEASE BE ADVISE!!

I just got a message from this guy today saying there was legal action against me and something about a manager from somewhere saying I was going to be arrested tomorrow morning. I called back and left a message that they were mistaken and that it was not a funny joke. And don't call me back. Why would someone leave a message like that?! How awful!

Sounded like Jamaicans calling running a scam. Caller left me a message saying they were an Officer Justin and that they wanted $10,000.00 right away or they were going to prosecute me for fraud for trying to get money from a cash loaning agency.
