OMG, he is calling me again and telling me he is going to arrest me ror fraud. He will not leave me alone....I even call blocked him and he is still getting through....so so annoying

When I asked them who they were, the caller called me a bi***. I asked him if  he was upset because his mother was a prostitute and he got tired of watching Johns jump up and down all over her. He hung up on me. How rude!

Working in the industry these calls are illegal and we should all file suit against whomever is completing this call.

I just called him back and freaked out on him. Some dude with an Indian accent. It was pretty funny threatening him when that's what he did to me. Jack***. He was pretty scared.

I'm really sure that that will scare them straight....

I got the same call I called them back and told them I am a police officer ( I am BTW ) in the city and gave them my badge number and told them that it is a crime to impersonate a police officer. They started to studer and said that the call was a mistake.

I just received this call, some foreign guy...spoke so fast I had to yell at him to slow down to understand him. I informed him that I have not received ANY notices via mail, I have not taken out any loans and if he calls me again, I WILL have HIM arrested!!! How do they get our phone #'s? How scary this is/was until I came on here and found that I am not the only one!

I received a call yesterday from a Rex foster stating that I would be locked up for check fraud and that they would come to my job I asked him why haven't I received anything in writing about this he state after I pay $500 he could send the paperwork. I explained to him that I knew my rights and know of people scamming and he hung up the number was   +1 (704) 764-1066

This has also happened to me stating that i would be locked up at my job me and my manager , when they called it sounded like a voice recording and when i tried to call the number it rang numerous times then stated your call cant be completed as dialed to try back later , then they called and said i would be arrested by the end of the day and to get a lawyer to settle by tomorrow . ITS A SCAM !!!!

I got a call from this number today, told them I knew it was a scam and I was gonna call the police after they told me that they were going to take me and my manager to jail. They quickly said something I couldn't understand and hung up the phone. Called an hour later and phone number was disconnected. Called other similar numbers these people have used, some are disconnected magic jack numbers.

He called. My husband years before he can't even speak english and is reading from a script.... like who would believe him......that's ok the police have number

Jusxt recieved a call today at 3:51 pm stating i had fraud charges against me and if I did not return call, me, my manager and 2 references will be taken to jail...These people are crazy and trying to scam people!!!!

I was left 2 voicemails stating they were going to haul me and my "manager" off to jail if I didn't return their call!!! I just came on here and found all this associated with their number!

Our newspaper received a notice from the Black Hawk County (Iowa) Sheriff's Office that someone received a call from this caller ID stating they had a warrant out for her arrest and tried to extract her and her daughter's Social Security numbers. The person first ID'd himself as Rick Foster and later Greg Foster and said an Officer Justin Floyd was investigating the case. The BHCSO said no one by either name is employed by or have anything to do with the agency.

Received a call from this number stating that I owe money for a loan I've taken out (I have not taken out a loan for years) and that I need an attorney to represent me in court or they were going to "haul" me off to jail in 20 minutes!
