Called me too.  Didn't answer.

I work for this company. This is the number for the location in Concord, NC. We have 3 call centers in the US and 1 in the Phillipines and what they do is make phone calls on behalf of Discover card, they are either calling to offer you a credit card from Discover or if you already have a Discover card, they are calling to offer promotional items for the current card you have.

They started calling last week.  They called me 9 times today alone (Saturday) starting early this morning.

Received a call from this number two times already today, it is now 12:15 p.m. ET.  Didn't answer.

This company called and identified itself as Discover Card which I believe is a violation- Discover Network please do something about this!

I have been receiving many calls lately from 704-795-1228  Innovative Marketing . I listened briefly & then called Discover card . They told me they are not affiliated & it was a scam . The lady gave me a # to call so that it would be blocked : 1-888-382-1222 .

Recently I received several calls from this company don't answer this type of call but has called at least three times per day for last several days

These people are very rude.  We have told them repeatedly that we do not want their services.  They continue to call my home & harrass us--day & night!  They keep saying they are associated with Discover.  They refuse to talk with me, because I tell them DO NOT CALL US.  They instead pretend to be a friend of my husband's & ask for him specifically.  When I ask who's calling, they say "an old friend of his."  When my husband tells whoever is calling that we are not interested, they call back & state that they didn't get a chance to record his refusal & try again to pursuade him to accept their services.

They have called my house seven times so far today. Caller ID says "Innovative Mark" so I don't pick up, and they don't leave messages; they just keep calling. My son talked to them two days ago and said we weren't interested in their services. And still, they call. Aarrrgh.

My wife received a call offering a promotion as she has a Discover card. When she told them to send her an info package, they made excuses and kept pressing. She hung up. Immediately the phone rang. The caller asked for my wife. I told them she was not home and asked them to leave a message. The caller wanted to know when a good time to call was. I said she will be home at midnight, call then. After this, all I heard was a bunch of mumbling so I hung up. I then received 3 hangup calls. I *69'd and lo and behold it was 1-704-795-1228 that was calling and hanging up. This should be and likely is illegal.

They call and ask for my husband and when I tell them he is not home because he works at night then they start calling during the day while he is trying to sleep.  I just unplug my phone now when he is sleeping and they never leave a message they just linger on the machine for awhile. This company needs to be shut down or reported to somebody who can do something about it.

I received up to five calls a day for weeks from these people.  I have called ID and just ignore them, but they will not stop calling. I decided to check them out on the internet and am glad I did.  All the information is very helpful.  Thanks.

I contacted Discover and they are NOT associate with Discover.  They need to be reported and shut down!

They are calling about 5 or more times a day, as late as 10:30pm - not good with a new baby - they are persistant and rude and won't stop, have no idea how to stop them, cos asking them didn't work, it just seems to have encouraged them to call more

Never did take our number off their calling list, keeping calling to our home phone once every couple of days,terrible people

I JUST RECIEVED A CALL FROM A INNOVATIVE MARKETING. GUY WAS ASKING IN REGARDS TO A CALL THEY MADE TO MY HOUSE ON FRIDAY. WAS CALLING IN REGARDS TO MY VISA/MASTERCARD FROM MY LOCAL BANK. I SAID WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT WHAT BANK ARE YOU CALLING IN REGARDS TO THE GUY DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHAT BANK I HAVE SO RETARTED I SAID WELL ILL LET MY MOM KNOW YOU CALLED. I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK AFTER TYPING IT IN THE INTERNET AND FOUND OUT IT WAS A SCAMMING TELEMARKETING CALL CALLED THEIR OPERATOR AND TOLD THEM TO PUT ME ON THEIR DO NOT CALL LIST AND WHY WERE THEY CALLING ME THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO GIVE THEM MY VISA INFORMATION. F****N SCAMMERS...

They call and call and call but do not leave a message.  I do not pick up when call comes in because I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING SOLICITED!!! If I want something I search for it and get it myself.   Calls like this are irritating beyond words!

Be careful. They want credit information and will not mail anything.

We have 3 call centers here in the US that make calls on behalf of Discover card, they call consumers who are pre-approved for a Discover card as well as pre-existing cardmembers to offer promotional services for their Discover card, this place is real and associated with Discover.

called and asked to speak with my husband who wasn't home.  said it was account verification for Discover.  i'm guessing Discover wouldn't use a telemarketing agency to verify private info for their customers!  will not answer this call again!

We keep getting calls on my answering machine from Innovative Mark 1-704-795-1228 (Caller ID) but the message is one of the recored responses that say "your call cannot be put through as dialed, please hang up & try again!" We are on the "DO NOT CALL" list, this is very annoying since we receive calls at least once a week.

Called and asked for the owner by name. Said that they wanted to do business with our company. When I told him that the manager was not in and asked him to leave a phone number he said it wasn't practical and asked for the manager's cell phone number. When I refused he got very upset and said that it was a matter of "great urgency". I told him if it was that urgent, leave his number and I would make sure the manager called him RIGHT BACK. He said he would try another time. Yeah, my a**. I have caller ID and won't answer calls from Innovative Mark again. Any company that refuses to leave a number is suspect. Heard lots and lots of voices and noise in the background so I know the call was made from a boiler room of telemarketers.

Can I take a message another word for it we don't want to buy any thing so we don't have time to talk to you we are trying to run a business not a buy this or buy that or we can save you money. No thanks.....

This number called and asked if I would apply for a Discover card over the phone. Sounded sketchy as I asked him to email or fax me the information and he said they didn't have an internet connection at his location...??? Obviously I hung up and found out it was a telemarketing company.
