I received a call from this number and they said they were calling from Dish Network.  The guy sounded like he was from India.  I told them again to stop calling me to sell me satellite.  I like my cable.  I tried calling the number back and it said that the number was disconnected and no longer in service... WTF. how can that be.

Advance PR was listed on the caller ID. I did not answer.

they called my sisters phone and said she got a grant, and a couple hours later called back for a free vacation..

I received a voicemail at work from phone number, 704-909-6399, and there was not voice message.

Automated voice mail asking if businesses were interested in receiving grant information available from the government.  This is the second time they called. First time i waited until end of message to hear the number to press to opt out. However they have called again - imagine that, they didnt opt me out.

its a number from a calling card.  the person who called me was calling from guatemala
