It is the number that shows up when the City of Concord (any department) calls you.
If you call 704-920-5555 just give the operator your Concord address and they will be able to tell you why someone is calling you from the City of Concord.

Just wanted to add it really could be any city number as even the utilities, Light and Water, from Concord NC have a close extension at 704-920-5555...no one seems to be able to ID this exact number, the 5550 number but I am going to keep checking until someone tells me who it is or if they keep calling, ask them myself. They called late at night, 10:30pm!

I believe 704-920-5550 is a number connected with the police department that cannot receive incoming calls. I know for sure it is a City of Concord Government Number and am pretty sure it's connected to the sheriff or police department.....
