What is FFC I would like to file a complaint as well

Received a few calls from this number before. Haven't picked up and they've never left a message. Then today A woman named "Ann Smith" leaves a message on my phone saying that she is with the fraud/check division (doesn't say the company/org name of course) and says I'm under investigation for a check fraud case and that I need to call her back. I even get a case number to reference.

Not only this but she continues to call my best friend, my father and my grandmother (whose phone number I don't even have.)

I filed a complaint with the FCC.

I as well got a phone call frOm Ann smith saying the same thIngs ... Threading me to charge me as a felony using my maiden name sound fishy... She had no address for me to send her money wanted debit card or money gram from wal mart not from my bank even tho they do money grams at my bank..... When I called her back I asked her for the attorney who is trying to take legal actions against me . She than put me on hOld than told me Michael ormsby but when I asked for number she said se is the one who has to call his building. I googled his name an found attorneys Office number told them my problem case# they don't have any on record or no her n they are for united states federal not out case per say... Stupid bi*** she is

Ann Smith, she is just some stupid b*^#h that thinks the laws don't apply the her/them. I did a search and found the number she is using in Pineville N.C. and they were stupid enough to be using VOIP with the local phone company. Dumb As$ people, so I called the Pineville Police department and reported the scam about her claim of being with the States Attorneys Office and calling saying she was trying to head off arrest warrants from an old payday loan. The Police were very interested and made a report, I hope they are all in jail soon. If you get the same dumb crap from them, and they haven't been closed down just yet, call the local police and make your own report too. It won't be long and they will be gone or in jail where they belong. Maybe even Federal charges because it was across state lines! keep your fingers crossed and make that report to the police too.

a lady named anne smith said she was serving papers for check fraud,  I'm sorry but not falling for it.

This lady named Ann called and said I was being arrested for a worthless check.  They would file a pretrial diversion for me.  Also I was to send 700.00 by money gram to stop my arrest warrants.  Well, I called the check fraud division in my state and they had no such charges on me or even a reported bounced check.

They called me too, not sure if I should be worried or not. They wanted to know where to serve me but wouldn't tell me about the debt or what firm she was with

Threatened to serve me but won't tell me about the debt or give me the name of their company etc
