Recorded message said it's not a solicitation call it's the ministry of finance office in BC and to call them back.  Gave a 800# to call but I missed it.  

If you answer and tell them not to call back they have to stop if not you can charge them with harassment!!

Got a call from them also says Accounts Recovery Corporation, asking for a name I don't even know.   It has been the biggest mistake to get the cell phone numbers available.

They are a pain in the a............. I am fed up with their friggin calls. Not sure what to do about it

just got off the phone with them. apparently it is A.R.C. (Accounts Recovery Corporation) - they are a collection agency.

Daily calls from this number to my cell number, am going to ask my cell phone provider to block as its becoming a real pain!!!

Called and left a pre-recorded msg.  Makes no sense

Get over it and quit worrying about being embarrassed if company comes over and you get a call. That's why you should have Call Display and Voice Mail.

I have received multiple calls from this number. First it was first thing in the morning 8-9 am now they seem to have switched to evenings as I just got one at 630pm. It leaves a recorded message, quoting an account number and says that they will "take action" if I do not respond. I don't understand how a situation I have never been informed of previously could have become as serious as they claim. They do not ask for me by name and I do not answer the calls.No company name is given.

Please stop calling ud . It's very annoying.

I have been getting calls every day from this number, they say its ARC collections, do not tell me who the call is for, but left a nasty message today for the first time, and a file number.  I know I do not have anything in collections.  I did call back and left them a suitable message ...god how embarrasing would it be with company over to get a threatening message like this...its B%$%SH8&T

called me too.....threatening to take action!  Did not say who they were looking for...I called back and left them a nasty message.

Same with me they said it was a accounts recovery company and that was all and nothing else.
They said if I do not respond they will take serious actions.

They left a pre-recorded voice message asking to be called back and a computer voice mentioned a file reference number to quote. Since they didn't indicate who they were calling they won't ever be getting a call back, and even then assuming it was for me, I always deal with the person or company the alleged debt is due to be paid to and never the collectors.

Caller called a few times and never left a message.
