This number is a debt collection agency which called me twice about the debt of a neighbor. From my perspective, there is no recourse to
- tell them to stop, because they do not provide their name and it is an automated call,
- use donotcall.gov, because it is not a telemarketer
- use the FTC complaint forms, because the person getting the call is not the debtor and therefore does not know information required to complete the forms,
- get the phone company to help because it may be annoying, but no crime is being committed.

Return calls go to someone's voice mail, which may or may not be effective.
My only known recourse is to personally write the FTC a complaint about this caller. Perhaps if enough of us use snail-mail this way, perhaps add calls to federal representatives as well, we can raise some attention about this practice by debt collectors and put an end to it! (And if there is a way to easily complain, please correct me!)

I am tire of phone calls from that #.  I think they are using other phone numbers like 330- -752-0910, 706 225 7885, 800 850 8719.  They left a message asking for somebody whose name I don't know who is. These calls are constant. I am really tire of this situation
