Hahaha. What a joke!  Sending fake paypal emails.  After I teemed his sorry a**, he still continued to email me at 6 am this morning.  Unbelievable.  Someone really needs to catch this fool.

Same thing happened to me, selling a jazzee wheel chair on craigs list.  Number he is using is 407-337-9757.  Gave info to the Feds, police and contacted PayPal.  He tries to steal people's identity.  Be very careful.  He's pretty stupid.  Using email chrisbent48086@gmail.com

I got the new number also, 407-337-9757 now as we speak. He was asking me to use pay pal and that he would send a moving truck to pick it up at 2 pm because he's at work. I live in crystal beach, Florida so this a***ole must really get around. He doesn't want to show up here unless he wants trouble!  

He changed his number again and email!! 407-337-9757.... Chris Bent army SERE... Wants me to use pay pal! I just told him I'm not willing to sell anything to him and I'm done talking!

I failed to mention that he said he was and army SERE working with new recruits. No offense to our true heroes serving in our military, but I have never seen an overweight recruiter in a wheel chair.

I too received a similar reply to my CL ad. First off, a True American would not reply "am interested". That there sent up red flags. He tried to convince me to setup a PayPal account. The item I am selling is a bariatric wheel chair, of which was my now deceased mom. Also, I work within the software industry and seen too many of these. Told him no pay pal, valid USA cashier's check or cash only. He replied "am sorry only do paypal" Given the fact that my off shore colleagues are stationed in India, and the use of "am" and NOT "I am" is a pretty good indicator he is from India.

Posted an ad on Craigslist for my car. Says his name is Chris Bent and is in the Army. I agree with the statement about his broken english. I also noticed that in the emails from him. He is trying to get me to give him my paypal information to set up the transaction with the shippers. I don't think so! Good luck all! I have had another scam issue and when I got his message it threw up a red flag. I decided to look up his name and Army and found this. Thank you.

I recieved text messages for the last 2 days from this phone. The caller is a scam artist. He is trying to scam me as we speak. He got my number from an ad I placed on craigslist to sell an expensive piece of equiptment. he seems to be an identity stealer, and he goes through Paypal.
