I have been getting calls from this number for approximately 2 weeks.  I called back expecting to opt out but someone answered and said there is no one calling from that number but the calls keep coming.  I will call Verizon to have them block this call.  I don't know what else to do but this is very annoying.  The recording says it is a very important call for Billy someone (I can't understand the last name).
