They asked me to varify my full name and SSN and I refused unless they told me why and the lady said she couldn't tell me until I provided my name and SSN so I hung up!! Very weird call!!

A debt collection Agency. I don't know if they're porting through the number or what, but I don't think it was really a call from the 706 Area Code.
