who is this

Fake or masked phone number - I have called back a few times and it clicks 12 times every time before I get a fast busy signal (bad phone number). So the call is doing 12 jumps on switches before it gets back to its source which has incoming calls blocked.

i dont know who calls this number and i dont know if this is a scam

Called back using *67. Took 11 seconds (of silence) before ringing (consistent with going through multiple switches), let ring 20 times before hanging up. Scam or telemarketer.

Called the number back immediately (caller ID said "unknown)... there was a pause before the ring started... a woman answered saying, "customer service"... I told her I had just received a call from this number and she verified my phone number then asked for me by name... I asked who this was and she ARS Services which is a bill collector... unfortunately for her, I have a sexually ambiguous name and being that I am a man and when you see my name you would think I am female, I was able to get her off the phone quickly by acknowledging the name and number and hanging up...

ARS National Services can be reached at (800) 456-5053... but they are blocked on my phone now, so they won't be able to reach me anymore...

Got a call from this number my son answered the phone. She told my son her name was Linda. Tried calling back fast busy signal and it says all circuits are busy right now.

I tried to return the calls but I get fast busy signal every time.
