I just found this sight.  I hope you can help me.  

I get different numbers call me that are unusual.  Please someone let me know what they may be.
incoming call that appears on my strait talk walmart phone "000-000" or "000-000-000" or "241".  When I had my smart phone with "identify caller" on my phone no name would come up but these numbers would come in still.
I also got incoming calls that said "no name" and would show no number.  

How does that happen and how can I trace those calls back.  
I also heard from a detective, it is so easy to have cell phones tapped and hear conversations even if illegal.   Also text messages easily are sent thru other phones to be duplicated for their records.  How can that be traced.  

Also if your phone drops signal after the first few minutes of a conversation or you can hear echo in background or can hear a beep or click during your conversation when the third party hangs up.

Are These numbers calling in could also be tapping your phone signal and setting it up somehow.  Is it true?

Thanks so much for the person posting this number .... I just got a call too from them and I did not know who they were.  I just googled the number, now I know, thanks to you posting this.  It gives me peace of mind now I can avoid answering their call.  
I rarely answer numbers I do not recognize, but then I hate knowing I may have missed someone but I don't want the bill collectors to harrass me either, if they find out it is my number.

The past month I have been getting phone calls from three different Collections Agencies looking for someone.  I am not that person nor have I ever met a person by that name. They are calling my cell phone so one can assume it's a newly-circulated number.

My cell phone voicemail very clearly states the following:

"Hello.  You have reached xxx-xxx-xxxx.  Please leave a detailed message after the tone, or you call will not be returned.  Thank You."

Does this Collections Agency ever leave a message? No.
Will I ever call them back? No.

If they need to contact someone, they need to leave a message.

If your voice mail doesn't state your name and only lists a number, then the agency calling you can not leave a message because they do not know 100% who they are contacting (it's a Federal Regulation thing). If you do not call them back to let them know that they are calling the wrong number, you will continue to receive calls. I'd suggest giving a quick call back to let them know that they are calling the wrong number and your hassles will be over.

They can leave a message.  That's not regulated.  They can not leave any vital information regarding the debt/debtor.  To just say "I'm trying to reach John Doe" and "please return this call" is not against the law one bit.  They should leave a message in my opinion.  I don't return any calls I don't know who they're from.
