Called a few times then hung up

I received a call today from 256-447-9475 which was an automated message....the caller said for me to call back at 706-654-1970...both are numbers for Allied Collection Agency....

Yea, I got a dunning letter from these folks after a medical provider claimed I didn't send them the documentation they requested. I sent it again along with PROOF I had sent it the first time. They called as soon as they received it and assured me they would contact the CA and have my account "closed". We'll see what we shall see...

What the hell is this, a Cassie Moore called me at work and left a message on the company answering machine. I dont know who this is or why she called, but I tried to call back only to get a continuous busy signal.

Allied is a collection agency in Georgia. They will call with a message from "their client" with whom you did business.

My sister said a message was left on her cell phone for me to call 706-654-1970 "option 1". She said the name or agency name was garbled; she couldn't understand what was said. I googled the number and found this address: 8600 Pendergrass Rd, Hoschton, GA 30548 and http://alliedcollection.com. Hope this helps some people; I will not be calling that number as I have no outstanding debts, and just checked my credit report last week.

I got a call that sounds like this from 256-447-9479. The call back number listed was 706-654-1970. I just copied down the numbers from the recording and hung up. I guess this is a collection agency, but my problem is they're calling my cell phone number.

Any collection agencies want to contact me, they should do it in writing. I only respond in writing. I will never discuss debt payment terms over the phone with anyone, because you are completly at the mercy of what THEY say that YOU said.

It seems like there should be some course of action to take to get them to stop calling a cell phone number and burning my cell phone minutes!!

I have had SOOOOOOO many phone calls from 256-447-2903. I only get hang ups when I answer.  Today was the first time there was an automated voice saying they were looking for "Michael ____ in regards to visiting a client of theirs recently." to call 706-654-1970 or press 0 for a representative.  So I pressed 0 and it hung up!  
well there is no one in our house named "Michael".
I have had horrible shouting matches with collectors that have the wrong number and name.  They are very abusive and insist that the person is at my house.  
This is getting very old.  I get this ALLIED number almost every day.

They are some sort of collection service. I received the call and actually spoke to a person. She had no information and could not give out any information but wanted to get a CC number to cover the debt.

I got a message on my machine the other day asking for me in reference to a "business letter" from the same number.  Who is it?

I got the same thing today, who is it?

Left message on cell phone regarding "my visit with their client". Said her name was Alison Knot. When I called back, answering machine answered "Allied". Phone # in yellow pages is listed as ACCB in Braselton, Ga.? Have no idea what this is about?
