Got a missed call

Received a call from this number. Experienced the two-second delay, then a woman came on the line and said she was calling about the PG&E gas bill. She wanted to speak with the person that is responsible for the gas bill. I asked her for the name of the person that she had in her records, and she responded, "I don't have no name, I just need to speak with the person responsible for the gas bill."

I told her that I could not connect he with anyone if she did not know their name. She hung up.

This could be a vishing (voice-related phishing) call.
