These people are a**les for sure. The second you are late they call over and over and over and over...I was told it was an auto dialer and there was nothing they could do to stop it unless you actually make payment arrangements with amounts and date paying and set it up to come out. Just telling them you are going to pay it on a certain date doesn't work...I tried. lol. And they don't refinance their own loans which is the stupidest thing I have ever heard...aarrrggg. Will be SO glad when this car is paid off so I never have to deal with them again! I have 16 numbers now for them that they have called from - see below:

I have gotten 20 calls in one day and they told me it is computer generated. I complained to the BBB but they did nothing.

LOL when I said the same thing to the girl on the other end she said and I quote " we can call you as many as 15 times per day if nobody answers"

They call and leave no message. Call and hang up immediately. Call and call and call. Call on Sunday (illegal in georgia), call and nobody on the other end. Isn't all of this illegal?
