Same story here.  Caller ID GCP.  No message.  When called back, is busy.

Scammy people selling (i.e; circus) tickets (tax deductible[?] donation) towards Sheriff search & rescue & other goodie-goodie to-do organizations.
GCP needs to call Washington DC.
DC people are the ones authorizing TARP, Stimulus funds & money printing.

Calls and leaves no message. When called back, man answered, Who is this? he asked.  I said don't call this number, who is this?  An hour later the number called and no message was left.  I'm tired of this crap.
