I received the same phone call telling me there were many felony charges against me and to pay this now or i will go to jail. I do not owe this money to anyone, This is a fraud!

i recieved a message from the above number regarding a long time friend of mine. I was told that fraud charges were filed against my friend and that i was the person put down as a reference so i would be involved in the suit and charges also. My friend did not commit fraud, and i dont appreciate recieving threatening calls concerning myself or people i know.

I received a call from 707-474-3337 today and the person said his name was Gabriel Cannoy. Why is nothing being done about these Arabs????????!!!!!!!!

I got the same call to my work today.  The call was transfered to my voice mail and I called the number back but no one answered.  The name was also Gabriel "Kanai" or Cannoy like you said.  This is CRAP, to be harrassed at work like this.

I just got the same call on my cell phone, saying my husband had defaulted on a payday loan and that they intend to put him in jail. Uh huh, like I was falling for it. What I told this bastard is this.... I am recording our conversation and I fully intend to give a copy of the tape to the state's attorney general's office and the local police department. I also plan to sue his company for theft by deception, harassment and $1,000 for taking me away from my work. Then to put him out of his misery, I then blasted him with a hand held Air horn (you can get one at a marine store or sporting store, they work great on deterring pesky telemarketers)  Now when his ears stop ringing, he'll think twice about calling me back. Enough is enough of these idiots. This is the 2nd call I've gotten on a loan that doesn't exist. I figure, if they can't get the message then suffer the abuse.

I have received several phone calls at my work, over and over from some guy named Chris Mathews. When calling the number back it rings and goes straight to voicemail. I have left several messages (which he states he never recieved) to find out what this is all about, when I finally talked to him I told him I thought he was a scam and I had googled the number he gave me. The gentleman got upset and started calling me names and saying I was a fraud. I gave him some choice words after he told me to shut my mouth and when I siad that I was going to report this and file a police report, I have not heard from him since. Hopefully he stops calling my work!!!

I still do not know why he called but he does have my name and SS#, which really makes me worry. He also had my husbands name and my sisters name saying they where references that I had used.

Mr. Cooper called and told me to call him back saying it was important to do so. Do  not recognize this person or no.

I am tired of the harrassment I have been receiving from these people that I don't know. They are also harrassing other and if it doesn't stop right now...a police report will be given at the police department. My uncle is a policeman and he is advising me on this matter.

Stephen White with American Law Division is calling my work and reporting that my daughter has taken out an Internet loan and used my name.   She has never taken out an Internet loan.

Mr.Cooper claimed to be from American Law Division calls my work 2 times a day. I do not call back because they or someone has been trying to scam me for almost a yr. now claiming I owe money. they tell me to call back with my attorney.

Well if you gave them your info you need to notify your banks and credit card companines and tell them you were a victim of a scam artist and need to have your info changed.

I'm getting calls from same number 7074743337. The guy name is Mike Andherson. He says his calling from America law division. And I owe $474 internet loan. Which I didn't took it. They got all my info and I'm worried. I talked to local cops but they said its hard to trace the call as its from other country. Which I believe India. I'm not answering phone if its blocked number bcoz of that stupid morons. If I know who tthey are . I will get them hard so they will forget how to dial a call. Stupid guys. But only thing I'm worried abt his my identity is stolen and its in wrong hand. I hope some1 can help us with this situation.

These people keep calling my work Nick Wilson or Kevin Lee and when i call them back and ask them to send me proof that i owe this so my attorney can review it, they say they don't trust me and disconnect the call

REPORT , REPORT!!!!!!!!!!!! call the FBI, Your local police department report The Federal trade commission everyone you can think of....this is against the USA laws that govern bill collection or attempts of extortion ! As you see they NEVER give up!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also get the name of the payday loan place they say they are collecting for and call them, report to them what is being done to you in there name... give them the scam phone number so they can get there attorneys on them as well, they damage there reputation as well!!!!!

Here we go again, they are calling my job again after  a year  different name each time  today was Mike anderson very heavy accent  , receptionist got hte call and he bugged her, very violent in nature scared her and she hung up , she simply wanted to know what department to give the message to since we  several of the same names by first name, 2 garys ect,  and personal call sare not permitted which he was told. They call each weekend and leave  a message on the public answering machine,  He has to stop What can I do i reported it to the police But can i say anything to make them quit I owe nothing on no payday loan!!!

I have gotten several calls from this "Chris Matthews" per day.  They call from different numbers threatening actions against my social security number and credit report.  They are from India I believe.  They have said they could file charges against my brother and friend.  I know it is fake, scam and everything, but how do you get them to stop?  It is annoying.  I have informed my family and friends, but it's scary and annoying at the same time.

I got a call from 707-474-3337 today at work asking for a coworker of mine.  It was an Indian sounding guy and said his name was Chris Matthews.  He said he needed to talk to my coworker about legal issues.  I took his name and number and said I'd have my coworker call him back.  Then this guy was asking me my for my name.  I said, you don't need my name.  I'll pass the message along.

This was and Indian guy with the name Chris Matthews, as in the Chris Matthews from MSNBC's Hardball.  I felt like telling him my name was Glenn Beck.

Just received a call from "Chris Matthews" of American Law Division stating that they were filing a fraud lawsuit against my mom regarding an internet payday loan and she used my name as a refernece. They asked my relationship to her and when I would not give it to him, he got really rude and asked that I forward the message to her and have her call them.  THIS CHRIS MATTHEWS AND AMERICAN LAW DIVSION IS A SCAM!! Don't pay them anything or give them any information at ALL!! Report the call immediately.

Pops. now they are calling my elderly parents and family and friends saying that I have criminal charges against me and they must send money. I am livid.
