I get calls from this phony number all the time. Forget the no-call list. It is a political sham. They do not go after these scam artists as they will tell gladly you if you file a complaint. They will only add your complaint to a list that law enforcement agencies MAY access if they have nothing else to do. Yeah sure! They do not have anything else to do but look for more work that they don't have time to take care of.
Put the no-call list on your B***S*** list!

They don't leave a message, they call 3 times a day. I'm NEVER going to answer until I know who you are & what you want. I'M ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST. DON'T CALL! WHAT PART OF THAT IS INCOMPREHENSIBLE????!!!!

If you know who this Joe Need is, and know more info about his company, then share it. He is annoying and I have gotten multiple calls from his company.
