"...our numbers are only one digit apart". This is a computer email to text program phoning you. They pick an area code & go from 000-0000 to 999-9999. Lone Stranger posted an excellent article here on how it works, & how to stop it.

Mysterious text message, "Hey it's sarah I just put some pics on my profile here " and mentioned a website. Both my wife got this text; our numbers are only one digit apart.
