they just called me from this number 707-633-0786 and said they will be delivering paperwork to my job and he works for a law firm. They have been harrassing me since march. Would love to stop them but dont know how

these b*****ds should be caught and locked up. trying to get over on  american people. i gave the # to the ftc and i will call the FBI. they have to send you something in proff  they cant have u locked up. i think its aterrorist group trying to make money. 707-633-0786

I received a call  from one Patric Stone who claims to be working in a law firm and is calling to collect money for his client whom he claimed is Cash Advance of America and that I owe 8,586.60 I was alert of this call because just this year February after I got a loan of 1000 from Discount Advance a man called me by the name Peter Pancer when i got the call transfered me to a lady by the name Michelle Brown from legal affairs and that my payment failed, the police is on their way to pic me up. I got scared "oh who will take care of my children.  She asked me to pay 1,889 to close my case.  Instruction was to buy a visa one time payment card at food for less for the payment, I bought four cards because they can only put 500 per card.  I sent the payment two days later Discount Advance went to withdraw from my account. when i contacted them they said they have not received no money from me.  When i called the lady back Michelle Brown, she asked me to hold on then never got back to me again.  I called back and the recording said the magic jack number i called does not work then i new i have been scammed.  I called back discount advance now i requested for Michelle Brown they transfered the call to a lady with Parkistan
Indian ancient.  She said hi this is Michelle Brown then I said to the guy who transfered me  this was the person that took my money. Quickly they refered me to and English speaking person.  Now I am paying Discount Advance through Credit Protection Depot. Discount Advance said they are their collection Agency. They are asking me to send the payment via Western Union and I refused to make payment that way.  Now as i stated in the begining this Patric guy has my information called me and is requesting to either speak with my attorney or take a promotion of paying 1,150 instead of 8,586.60 to close my case.  This time i have contacted an attorney and he wants his information so my attorney asked me to request a file number, address of company.  He gave me his company name of Marshall and Furmen/Firmen i dont know if the spelling is right, he made up some case number which when I showed to my attorney he said is not real case number.  Now the Peter is asking me why i'm i taking me and attorney whiles they can offer me one or just pay the 1,150 to close the case.  He is waiting for me today for my attorney's number of which i am going to give to him if he call me back and ask him not to contact me but speak with my attorney.   His phone number is 707-633-0786
