My husband just received the phone call at work and when I tried to look up the company couldn't find it.

Yes, this people are a complete SCAM. They have called me off and on over the last couple of months. Each time I get all of their information and report them to the FBI. They are not very smart!!!

My son got a call from this number and they threatend to have the Sheriff come to his job and arrest him.  My son called me in a panic....I advised him that this was illegal and then pulled information on what debt collectors can and cannot say from the intenet for him to read.  I then checked the phone number online and found out that this was a major SCAM!!!!!!  Beware do not send them any money or any personal inforamtion.  We think my son must have been hacked some how because they had all of his personal inforamtion.  Do not be fooled.  We are going to report them to the FTC and the Attorney General but I do believe that they are operating out of the Country.  When we tried to call the number back this evening the number was disconnected!  It seems to go down on evenings and weekends and then come back up during the week before 5 or 6PM.  Please be careful this is a serious problem that needs to be stopped. You should always be careful about someone will not send you anything to confirm their business in the mail.

Omg! I have never been so scared in my life about going to jail furthermore having the FBI show up at my work & arrest me!!! Talked to a guy named David & he is the so-called attorney. Very persuant, persuasive people. They can't speak English well at all, mustve went thru 4 different people and they all spoke the same language, not English! Therefore, looked the company up and found out they're scammers! What kind of country are we to allow this type of people to have our info then make such threats! They did have all my checking info, SSN, etc.! FRAUDS!!!!!

got a phone call from "Mike Smith" saying had a federal warrent for a "payday loan"...i don't do "payday loans"...i have gotten calls from several numbers like this i called my local F.B.I. Office & was told to tell them that i'm busy & if i could call them back just to get a number to report to them & on this site...before i hung up on "Mike Smith" i told him thank-you for the number so i can report it to the F.B.I. & if he is goin to use an american name he should make sure he has an american accent not a thick middle eastern accent...my advice is don't entertain these people because it is a SCAM....

Guy claimed that I had a item against my name and ssn.  Told me to call him back as this is a time sensitive matter.  Called him back and he asked if I was my paid attorney, told him no.  He said such a shame and told me there is litigation against me and he needed to read the litigation to me.  Told me to not interrupt him and ask questions after he was done.  He placed me on hold and I hung up.  He called me back using this number also 916 395 0000

I keep getting calls from this number and i FINALLY told them that I reported them to the Attorney General and thaI I was calling from the local police department and the call was recorded.  Bridgett hung up really quick

A  guy with the name George Mattews call me from this number ,and got my  information he said tha he was a lawyer and he try to collect money from this client that  i dont owe , and the company that h he said was PAY CASH LOAN, , pls be careful  he try to  take your money protect your self

This  company  is  calling  and  harassing  me  about  a  paydayloan  that  I  never  had.  They  even  have my  job  #  and  are  harassing  me  there  as  well.  Their  a  bunch  of  indians  with  different  names  # s

I received a call on my cell phone an at work from the 7076739478 also from the 000 number, stating i owe them over 800$ he also said it was from a payday loan an told me he was going to send the police to my work an or home.He never said what company he supposed to be working for. This is a major headache!!!

GOT A PHONE CALL FROM THIS NUMBER OR 000 AS APPEAR ON MY CALLER ID.
THEY SAID I OWED THEM 10,000 AND THAT I WILL BE GUILTED 'CAUSE THE CASE THAT DUE THE NEXT DAY..

3 MORE CALLS IN A ROW . AND I TOLD HIM .. "ONE MORE CALL AND I WILL CALL THE POLICE"
FINALLY HE STOPPED CALLIN ME...

I just got a call from these people and they are FRAUDS DO NOT listen to them. They are very persistant, and I cannot believe that they threatened to have the FBI come to my job and my home to cause me problems. Do not feed into their junk and stop their calls asap

I just received a phone call on July 1, 2011, from this same phone number at work 7076739478, stating to not ignore this number that this was very important and to return the call.  Im thinking this is the same number that called me a month ago with a 508 area code.  He stated his name was Brian OConner.
