Are these people for real? Does anyone know where they are located???

Called me several times, different people, heavy accents.  threatening me that I have a case there, they give me the case number and tell me to call them immediately and if I don't call about this serious legal matter I will suffer from many consequences.  they have called before many times.  I never call them back.

yeah i traced the call back to dixon cali. I'm in the process of a law suit. I'm pressing charges and gonna get a good amount out of them

This has scam all over it!!!  You need to call the credit card company and tell them. Also, if they have your SS# you need to call them and have your number red flagged. Also, go to www.FTC.gov, and www.FCC.gov and file a complaint with each of them. Check your credit bureaus to see if they have used your card. Don't give them any more info or confirm it if they ask. AS you can tell, you aren't alone on this. They keep calling my house and harassing me and threatening me with dire consequences. Good luck. Oh by the way, cussing at them gets them flustered. But he won't quit calling. I've tried.

they called me today and told that if i didnt return their call then they would send officers to my house and work to arrest me. i gave them my credit card number because they said that if they didnt recieve my payment today then i would be arrested. who do i call to fix this? they have my freakin credit card number!!!! i am freaking out!

"Rose" called my 88 year old mother, told her I would be arrested in two days if I didn't return the call.  Returned the call to get another guy saying he was with the Federal Crime Investigation Agency.  Sounded exactly like a guy who had called me saying I owed on a payday loan, I had supposedly taken out over the internet.  This guy gave me the same bull, that I was going to have charges brought against me for internet fraud, breach of contract and a couple of other charges. Told me I could go to court costing me several thousands of dollars or I could take care of it right then for much less. Man was very rude.  I told him to send me some paperwork and he said he would send officers to arrest me.  I never took out any type of loan over the internet so I knew there was nothing to it.  He had alot of personal info which was disconcerting.

I have heard ever thing under the sun,  he has been calling my job and calling the secretaries all kinds of names and cursing them. he says he is going to keep harassing me.  He is going to get me fired.

They said they are with the federal government.!
