Got a call from one guy to tell me I was having a lawsuit filed against me and what was I was planning on doing about this. WHAT!!! Oh you don't know anything about this...hold on while I transfer your call. Transferred me to an attorney (name unknown). This guy explained to me I had 3 charges against me and I asked for proof of this and he asked for my attorney's name. I don't have an attorney so why can't you fax or E-mail this info if I'm so charged. Cannot do this without consent from your attorney. Well its me being called from someone I don't know who is denying me personal info that I request. SCAM!!! Sir (this is the guy on the phone) if you don't want to listen to me why don't you go to a website he gave and check your credit score. It sounds like you are not going to take care of this,so I will proceed with legal actions...and I interupt and ask for paperwork to be sent to me and he replied "f***off" and hung-up on me. I contacted the place he said who was charging me and there is no balance due. Contacted my phone server and need a court order to get a transcipt of this call.

i received the same call saying i committed internet fraud and unlawful use of an email address and i needed to western union them $390 for a loan i never received.  if i could not send the money that day i would be arrested and lose my job because they were calling my boss.i had recently looked into getting a payday loan online so that is the only place i can think of where they got my information.

left me a message to collect money i don't owe and threated to have me arrested and ttell my employerr

I did a stupid thing and filled out an application for a short-term loan, and now I am getting 4-5 calls per day from this number, with voicemails saying something about lawyers and "call me now". They are calling my cell phone and my WORK phone, which is just extremely inappropriate!

Short of reporting them to FTC and putting a fraud alert on your credit report there is not much to do to stop them. They will just call from a different number and start this mess all over again.

is there any way to make these calls stop short of changing your number?  they have my work and cell....

Someone named David, a foreigner, called and said I was being sued, for a loan I never recieved. He kept calling being real smart cause I told him he was a liar and a scammer trying to get peoples money. I need him to never call my # again. I am a Christian woman but I must confess that he made me very angry and I cursed him, something I dont do! These people need to go to jail. Vengance is mine saith the Lord, He will repay!

Called at 9:32 a.m. They said I needed to get attorney and if the money was not there and they didn't hear from me or my attorney then all they could do is wish me the best of luck and GOD BLESS. This was someone that was foreign and I know it is a scam why don't people like this go to jail where they belong. When they cannot leave their company name you know something is going on.

Yes I got a threatening call from them saying the United States government was suing me for fraud and that my employer would be contacted to tell them what I am doing so that I would lose my job.
The debt they describe, I don't owe. They said six attempts had been made to collect and rather than talk to me, they are filing a case today in court. They said I should call them back to tell them what I will do about it.

These people call and say that I must report to court and I will be subpeoned.  I do not want them to call and harrass me anymore.

Sorry for typos, still someone has to do something about these calls. They are past annoying that is not even funny.

I got a call from this number and it is the same you have committed fraud and you and your social security number is getting sued, blah, blah, blah. This is just a scam and I got so many calls like this it is not even funny. So persitive in trying to get people that they should realize no matter what number you call from I and others are not buying it.
