Called and didn't any caller ID nor left any message.  Called lated in the evening, 7:10 pm.

I agree with the person listed above. These people are in direct violation of the law.
you can believe I will be filing a complaint about them.

§ 806.  Harassment or abuse  [15 USC 1692d]
A debt collector may not engage in any conduct the natural consequence of which is to harass, oppress, or abuse any person in connection with the collection of a debt. Without limiting the general application of the foregoing, the following conduct is a violation of this section:

(1) The use or threat of use of violence or other criminal means to harm the physical person, reputation, or property of any person.

(2) The use of obscene or profane language or language the natural consequence of which is to abuse the hearer or reader.

(3) The publication of a list of consumers who allegedly refuse to pay debts, except to a consumer reporting agency or to persons meeting the requirements of section 603(f) or 604(3)1 of this Act.

(4) The advertisement for sale of any debt to coerce payment of the debt.

(5) Causing a telephone to ring or engaging any person in telephone conversation repeatedly or continuously with intent to annoy, abuse, or harass any person at the called number.

(6) Except as provided in section 804, the placement of telephone calls without meaningful disclosure of the caller's identity.

This person keeps calling my business number. I work for a prominent utility company and I can assure you there should be no reason for this company to be calling me. I have yet to get a "live" person to talk to. They never leave a message and I get at least two phone calls a day from them. I have tried calling them back no one evers the phone. It just keeps ringing. i think the next time they call I will answer the phone and take notes and then give it to our telecom department.

Someone called and left a message on my phone about some bill that I have never heard of. I have received calls on my phone from other debt collectors in the past for the previous owner of my phone number. They are out of luck, I do not know who it was.

Lady called our business asking for a man that does not work here
then called back and questioned me about all the businesses in our industrial park as if i was lying about what business we were and who was employed here

Very blatant disregard of FDCPA law. They will lie to you and threaten to put you in jail. Take notes, get names and times. File a complaint on this company

This woman calls me everyday multiple times. She has been told to stop. She is attempting to harrass me into paying a bill that is in contention over work done on my car. I have told her to contact my attorney. She then began calling my neighbors and friends and coworkers. I am filing a complaint against her with the police and the DA's office.
