I called right back to see what greeting they would use when answering the phone and this time he said his name was Frances. When I questioned him when was this advance processed, he said long ago and would not give me a specific date. Then i asked if he can forward me information on this case, He sais he couldn't give any information because my local police department had all the paperwork and that I was going to be subpoened the next day. He also stated that if I did not send him by fax a letter in my handwriting with my 16 digit debit card number, CVV number on the back of the card with expiration date and a copy of my picture ID. That he would go forward with the lawsuit. Well today I received another call from the same guy same voice stating that his name is Michael Turner from Parker Law office.

What did they want?  Was it a legitimate call?

got a call, indian dot head said said his name was Michael Turner and I owed him money and that they had paperwork i had to pick up at my local police department. They gave me an address of the station and it wasn't even right. Idiots.
