This number just called our house (9/29/13 at 5:50PM), we were home but did not answer because we don't recognize the number.  A message was left by a recorded male voice, Pierre, with instructions to call "toll-free" number for verification of information regarding a sweepstakes award.  We received a call with the exact same message from another number, 708-856-0089, earlier this month.  The caller ID display showed "National Servic".  I  looked both of these numbers up on the White Pages "Reverse phone lookup" and both are listed to individuals with street addresses provided.
