I had a suspicious call this afternoon. The caller had a heavy Indian accent, I asked how he got my number. He said that I entered a drawing from a store which he rattle off several very common stores. I asked if he was selling Timeshares, he said no, I asked if it required a credit card and he said no. He then started telling me that I had been 1 of 30 people picked out of about 100 folks and I needed to write down an address for somewhere in Hoover around the Galleria to claim my prize, I asked him where exactly, he repeated the Galleria and I asked for a land mark and he hung up! I wished I had written the address down so I could submit it to the police.

I just received two calls from this number. Could not understand much of what the guy was saying. He did say his name was David and he was with some company ( I couldn't understand what he said). He started asking me if i remember filling out something at k-mart, wal-mart, best buy and some other places. Then he asked if I had every seen a credit card. Of course he was just trying to get me to say yes to something so he could probably try to steal something from me. Anyways, when I told him to remove me from his calling list, he told me I could suck his .....!  People like this make me sick... How can I report him other than on this page?

I just received a call from this same person, when I told him to remove my number from his calling list he told me the same thing he said to your husband. How can we report him?

This guy called my home and told my husband to suck his ---- when my husband told the guy what do you want I don't have time to listen to you the guy told him the above and hung up. Then he called back again and told him the same thing. I called him on cell and he told me I just talked to your husband what you gonna do about it. He refused to tell us who he was calling for. I don't know anyone who would pay someone to get
this guy to call them. But he needs his mouth washed out with soap. I will be reporting this to as many places as I can find.

A male with an Eastern Indian accent called stating that we filled out a form at...he named off like 10 stores in my local area, and that we won some prizes.  I told him that we never fill out those forms and asked for his manager's name and number.  He laughed at me and was incredibly rude.  I threatened him with my attorney and told him to never call again.  The number he gave for his manager was no good, big surprise!  If he calls you, tell him that you are going to have your attorney contact the company, and hang up, period.

This number called me. He claimed to by a guy named David.
He was rather slow, but said I filled out an application at a store near me... and in the are I live, then listed every possible store he could think of, saying it was between easter and december of last year... He said he was with Sedona Luxiary Estates..

Any ways he said I won a 27' TV (sponsered by sony)
3-days 2-nights in Orlando
and a ford escape or 25k.

Well I sure wish I would have won that... Any ways the call dropped and he called right back.. I refused to Answer at this point.

I just got off of the phone with the arrogant "pitch guy" named " George" . He was asked to never call again and George replied that he would call anytime he wanted to.. he got the old FU and was hung up on. He promptly called back with aggression over the "FU" remark. I too was referred to as Buddy btw. Again he was asked to never call again.. well, from 6:05 pm to 6:14 pm he called 6 times. Whack Job.

It was unclear what the call was about. However he did seem to be under the impression I filled out a survey or something at a grocery store or some other store (which I didn't and don't do). He mentioned something about giving me coupons. When I asked to be removed from the calling list he responded, "I don't have a calling list, buddy". Conclusion: rude spam caller.
