The  calls don't stop,They only use first name.

Now they are calling about the recovery act of 2008 making sure merchants have compliant machines to read the card in the credit card because the black bars are suppose to be going away. also said that they are one of the 3 credit card processors that run everything and all others are re-sellers. other 2 being chase and first data. told her since we are with first data i will check with them.

Shelia called from National Credit Card Processing, looking for the owner.  Difficult to understand, mumbling idiot.  When I asked for the nature of the call, she mumbled something else and hung up.  Nice sale moron!

I will NOT talk to anyone who is attempting to sell credit card processing. I am happy with INTUIT! We did not answer the phone call but I looked it up and found this page.

Got a call this morning, and the telemarketer asked for the owner of the business by his first name.  They did not want to leave a message at first, but after I her that he is in and out of the office all the time, the caller left her name and a call back number (different from the caller id) for RMS.  When I asked what RMS was, she said that they are the ones who handle the credit and debit card processing.  They definitely do not handle that for our business.

Called our switchboard asking if I was the owner of our company. I replied "no, he is not here". She hung up.

My husband got a call from this number this morning. Thanks to these posts, I told him to block the number. Thanks to you all. Crazy notion that this bum is still calling around and we're not even in IL.

Another "junk" call. From RMS NPC. Don't bother to answer if you don't recognize the number. The more times you answer the more often you will get more calls. Always use Caller ID, you pay for it, so use it. Google the number and complain at every opportunity. This is a fact of life in today's world.

Yes I also got a call from this phone number.  They wanted to confirm an account that we set up with them to handle our credit cards.  Of course, we don't have an account with them.  They said there company name was NTC.  I didn't give them any information, only asked for their's and that is when they got sketchy.  The caller didn't want to give me their phone number so I hung up.  Definitely a scam!  Never confirm any information with a telemarketer!

They call every morning and ask for our silent partner who does not actually work here. I say he's not in and they hang up. Will not leave a message nor identify themselves. I have had to put real customers on hold to talk to these clowns. I have asked them not to call back but they do anyway-daily!  Really tired of it. We never contract with pushy telemarketers anyway. We prefer to do business with legitimate people who are local and don't telemarket.

I just got a call from this number. When I picked up the phone I waited for them to say something.  When she did I asked her "What do you want?!"  and she said "Oh, my goodness! Nothing."  I said good and hung up.  Can you believe it?  Maybe it worked, maybe not!

I got a call from this phone number and the person is a complete idiot who was trying to get our company to use their services for credit card processing.  She (or he, it was hard to tell) was badgering me, and so extremely persistent that I had to scream into the phone after had repeated myself approximately 6 times to REMOVE OUR NUMBER FROM THEIR DATABASE!  I hope this person never has to manage a business where they get solicitation calls that they have to take precious time to answer when they have actual customers they need to take care of!  I have a sincere dislike for the moron who first initiated calling to solicit business by way of telemarketers!!

I've gotten multiple calls today that leave no message from this number.  When I called it back (blocking caller ID of course), I got a voice mail for "Jay".  No thanks.
