I received a call today from this number. Last week I had a message saying I had entered a sweepstakes over a year ago for an SUV. I do not enter any of those sweepstakes because I know they are scams. Today when this number called, the person actually said, "Sorry, wrong number." I thought that was interesting. Guess I didn't win anymore. :)

My answer machine picked up a call from 708-389-3006 at 3pm on 10/6. It sounded like a live person but just before the call ended, you could tell it was a recording because the voice changed and it said "call end".
The message was "regarding an entry that I submitted for an SUV and this was the last attempt to contact me." It left a return name (Paul Seed) and number (877-844-2964.ext 0).
I do not enter sweepstakes. In addition, this call was not only the "last attempt" according to Paul, but the first attempt according to my caller ID. I hope "Paul" keeps his word and doesn't call back. LOLCaller ID: 708-389-3006 P M S
Caller: P M S

I also got a call from PMS. Number 708-389-2469. Only I returned their call because their message sounded garbled and didn't know what they wanted.
Usually TM scammers don't bother to leave a message.
This guy was good. Even gave me a claim code SMLXXX. Said they represented "Vacation club". That's when I understood what this was all about. Just another ploy to get you to buy a timeshare.

Caller ID said PMS said I won a vehicle on a sweepstakes. I never enter such a "come on" Am on the do not call list they should be fined. Maybe that will stop this harassment.

I looked up 708-389-3006 on Whowhere.com and this is what came up:
Jennifer Bernatowicz
2005 139th St
Trlr 4
Blue Island, IL 60406-4903
(708) 389-3006
I've received two calls on my answering service from PMS--the first from "Ted Williams" and the 2nd today from "Paul" (came from the 708 AC # above and identified as PMS). The first "call back" # was 866-649-2247 and the 2nd was 877-844-2964. Obviously I didn't return either call.

Shows as 'PMS' on caller ID. I was laughing so hard when I saw that I didn't bother answering the phone. At any rate, the 'PMS' apparently stands for 'Prize Management Services', as stated on the voicemail they left. Some Southern sounding man (Who also sounded like he needed heavy sedatives) claimed I won an automobile in a sweepstakes I had entered 'in the last 18 months'.
Obviously a scam of some sort- I do not enter any sweepstakes; I make it a point NOT to. In addition, I would not enter any sweepstakes to win a vehicle- health concerns prohibit me from driving in the first place.
I recorded the voicemail into my laptop, and am playing it for a couple friends that work in law enforcement tomorrow. Will do what they instruct me to do with these guys.
