He is calling us and not saying a word it is really creepy...where do you guys live at?

my two friends and her sister are called everyday in the same periods. he constantly asks if they have a facebook and if they wanna hang out with him that day. he says his name is frank tho .

This number called me every minute for a 15 minute period.  I did call it back once and got a voicemail and I believe the vm was for a man named George?  Each time I called back after that... someone answered but didnt say a word.  And continued to call me...Really annoying.
