Crass sales tactic, and starting a relationship with a baiting lie does you no good.

I just received a recorded call from "Chris Kahn" at this number indicating it was their final call to advise me of my entry for a new SUV.  I knew it was a scam right from the start because I never "entered" anything to win "anything".  Naturally, I just hung up and will never see "my new SUV".

Just got a call from a different number in the same area code.  Same deal:  I am a finalist in a Ford SUV contest (never entered).  The name on my caller ID comes up as "Enterprises LLC" and the caller's name was 'Chris' Kahn, not Lee.

Am I the only one who sees the connection - Kahn = Con?

Maybe they're having a joke on us!

Lee Khan calls our home several times a month--a recorded message that is left to clutter up my voice mail, and cut off from the start--spouting off some garbage about an entry we submitted to win a Ford Escape Hybrid SUV. Not only do we make it a practice of NEVER submitting our names for ANY type of sweepstakes entry, but my spouse's company car is a Ford Escape, and quite honestly, I wouldn't want another one--not even for free!!! We have submitted reports to the National Do Not Call List about these calls about 3-4 times, but they continue on. Lee Khan, you can keep your stinking hunk of tin--just quite harrassing us!!!

I've also received the same calls, like twice per week. I returned the call, but no one answered. Once the message machine was full. I think someone out there is having lots of fun, listening to our calls and logging the responses elicited by their prank. He/she just wants a reaction, if so, they're physcotic or need attention badly or maybe they are running some kind of behavioral experiment and are reading this comment right now. Whom ever is doing this needs to get a life or maybe is just of crazy teenagers playing around.

Also received a call today regarding the Ford hybrid.  Left number and said he could be reached at extension 100.  However, no option to dial an extension number....glad i read these posts.

Trying to find out who owns this phone number.

Funny thing - I got the exact same call while I was on the internet at 800notes.com researching AB Vacations, who'd also just called me, about an hour ago now.  AB Vacations has been calling me about once a month for the last year (usually takes me 30 seconds to hang up), and there is no other scam that has been calling, so guess what - they're selling their call lists now.  A buck here, a buck there - it all adds up.  And here I was congratulating myself that I'd mostly avoided this s***!

Huh..you sound like a plant to me. Good for business, eh? I don't believe YOU any more than I believed the Kahn person who called me. He didn't even know my NAME, so how could it have been from an entry that I'd made FOR this? Also, I hadn't entered any contests so that was my second clue.
I know this..if they call again, I'm going to report them, for I am on the National Do not Call Registry, and I won't hesitate to report them..Then I can REALLY earn some money!!!!

i received a call from mr kahn as well...but unlike the rest of you followers who blog and post negative comments about the message you received...i actually called back, spoke with a mr pittman who stated i was finalist to win a ford escape hybrid and 1of 3 other prizes...and all i had to do was be present for the drawing which was part of a grand opening celebration for a wholesale company!...so me and my wife went and we actually enjoyed ourselves as well as took home 1 of the prizes as mentioned! it didnt take up alot of my time and i now know where to go when i want to travel or do something entertaining for whole sale pricing! i suggest to anyone that receives this call to take advantage of this opportunity instead of listening to these non life having bloggers who's skeptical about any and everything, but most importantly never even went to the event! what a bunch of losers!

Lee Kahn called me to say I was a finalist to win one of 4 prizes. He told me to call back at ext 100. I googled the number and found other "finalists".  I know now that this is a scam.

called back and he wanted my name, I told him I wanted his name, and told him not to call my house again, j***off!

I know the minute i heard it was fake. i got on this website only to find i was very right.

I also got a call from a Lee Kahn who left a message to inform me that I was one of the final winners of a Brand New Ford Escape suggesting I should call him back at ext. 100.  After reading the above post, I will not be calling back.

A Lee Kahn or was it Hahn? called to inform me I was one of the final winners of a 2011 Ford Hybrid/SUV, and all I need to do was call 708-748-3000 ext. 100.  Idiot me on hard times called and got a recording of same message.  Two days later no damage YET to report.
