I received the same post card signed by Crystal. I called the number and they wanted a time and day to drop off a restaurant gift card to my house. I asked, "What is the company that you are working for?" She replied with 3 letters. I asked, "...and what do those letters stand for?" She kept laughing in the background and said, "they're the initials of the owner." She would never change her answer. So I told her if I can't know who it's from then I don't want it. She told me that's fine they had better things to do anyway. Click.

Got one in the mail today with no postmark on it at all. Just says 'We have been trying to reach you, we have a housewarming gift for you. Give us a call @ 904-687-0114 Melanie'. It will be on the curb this evening for trash collection!

I got a postcard with a Mid-Florida postmark and a Jacksonville telephone number. So I called the number. They said they would give us a $20 restaurant gift card if we let them come out and test our water. The guy comes out and tests our water and half way through his presentation he asks if there is another adult in the house. I told him yes that my elderly father who has had a stroke is here. I told him that my Mother and I take care of all the financial affairs as we own the house together and my father is unable to do those things. He said he could not continue without my father. I said okay that I would bring him in the room, He said no that he would have to leave and talk to the owners and come back tomorrow, He left without giving us the $20 gift card, I called the 813-333-1447 to see if he was connected to them. She looked up my phone number and found my name and went on to say that she just made appointments and that if I wanted to complain I would have to call General Electric at 1-866-928-0716 as they were the owners of the company. The whole thing was just weird. I recommend you just tear up the card if you get it in the mail. All they will do is waste your time for nothing.

I just moved to a new house, and called because I thought it was the HOA. They claim they will test your water for free and give you a $25 gift card. I made an appointment then cancelled because it did seem weird and I figured it would just be a hard sell.

I got the same message, thought it was the HOA and called and they said they would test my water and bring me a $10 gift card to kroger.  I said ok and they were supposed to come this evening.  As I was researching this, I get a call from a local water testing company confirming my appt.  It may be legit, but after reading this, I just cancelled.

Well, I got a yellow postcard that says "We have been trying to reach you, we have a housewarming gift for you.  Give us a call @ 904-687-0114 Katie" -- now I would surely think that buying a new house and moving in ... to have a housewarming gift where somebody wants to TEST YOUR WATER AND THEN HAVE YOU INSTALL SOMETHING -- is NOT a housewarming gift.  This is a real turn off for me.  Hey! A housewarming gift shouldn't cost you MONEY!

We received a flier that said "We've been trying to reach you. We have a housewarming gift. Katie 904-687-0114"
We called and they said they wanted to send a couple of guys out to test our water and would give us a free gift card. We had to ask multiple times what kind of company it was. I tried looking them up online to see if it was legit, and have not been able to find anything about them. Seems a little odd. We'll pass!

Telcove is the phone service provider for this number, not the name of their company.

We received a flier in the mail about a housewarming gift as well. Called the number and the girl said they wanted to send some guys out to test our water, and would give us a restaurant gift card. It was like pulling teeth to figure out what kind of company it was. Finally found out they are a water softener company. We opted out, because the whole thing seemed strange. I tried to find info for the company name she gave me, and looked up the number but couldn't find anything.
The flier also had an out of town postmark. The whole thing seems just a little too weird.

A postcard was left on my porch today.  It says "We have been trying to reach you for your housewarming gift.  Call Amber at (904) 687-0114."

I googled the number to see if I could figure it out, but no luck so far.
