It was an automated dialing device offering to extend my car's warranty if I pressed 1. I get these several times a month.

They left no message. The 708 area code is from the south and west suburbs of Chicago Illinois.
This seems to be a debt collection company, but we have no debt.

My number is on the National "Do Not Call" list, and I am still getting these annoying calls! How is this possible?

I called the number back just now, it took forever to connect and answer. A male recorder voice says to press one if you would like to be taken off the list. I did and he said thank you, we apologize for the inconvenience. Just one problem, I had blocked my number and it never asked me for it so I bet they will call again. Just an FYI.

a recording left me a message saying there is nothing wrong with my account but to respond now to lower interest rates. Funn, I have no balances and I am on the do not call list, what good that has done... well, besides get me more computer calls. I did not answer and I will not call but but I will block the number. Shame Comcast only allows me to block 12.

I keep getting calls from this number about warranties. I finally pressed the number to talk to someone. When I started to tell him to stop calling me he hung up on me.

Received a call asking to lower my interest rate on credit card. I responded I did not have any credit cards. The caller responded "do not waste my time" and hung up.
This a scam call and I will report it to the AG of VA.
