Call came in to place of employment on VPs line I answer.  No one there.  No disconnect, no dial tone, no pre-recorded message....silence.  Another waste of my time.

This # +7088721040 called my cell. They left no message, but when try to call back, it says it is international and can not go through.

Left no voicemail. I called the number back and an automated message said to press '1' to be put on a do not call list.

I suggest you call back and press 1.

I also received a call yesterday, did not answer due to I did not recognize the number. I figuered it was another scam...

Received call from this number at 10:05AM EST today. Did not leave voice mail.

Keeps calling my cell about a car warranty. I never had a warranty with this car. Bought it from another person. I am sick and tired of these calls.

I have never answered, and there's never a message, so it must be someone I don't want to talk to.  I'll just block the numbers now.  I also use paypal, skype, and amazon.  at&t is my cell service.  These are the numbers I get:

After getting several calls from this number, I called them back.  There is an option to include your number on their do not call list.  That's what I did.  Hopefully, this will work.

Definitely coming from on-line activity. I live in Alaska and have a skype number with an Oregon area code. These scumbags call me every other day it seems. Unfortunately for them I never answer the phone unless I recognize the number from which the incoming call is placed. If everyone did that, freaks like these warranty people would have to shut down.

I shop on-line, almost exclusively at Amazon, and JC Whitney. There's a random site every now and again though...can't pin it down. HP, DELL?

Yesterday was about at least the 5th call from these "warranty" people in about 2 months. This is the first time that I looked up the number though and I don't know how many different numbers were used. I don't usually answer unless I'm expecting to hear from someone whose number I may not recognize.

Sounds like a good idea, sonearyetsowhat, but I don't know how much good it will do. These people get the number so many different ways. I'd never be able to list the companies that have my phone number. Looking at your list, the only one we have in common is Amazon, but I'm not even sure they have my current number. I've never used DHL. Unfortunately, I enter lots of contests and send for free stuff from companies; I don't always give my phone number, but I'm sure I've given it hundreds of times.
I've been getting these warranty calls for about 2 months, though and I've had this phone number for almost 2 years. (I actually thought that somehow I was immune from annoying calls! lol)

I created a "Spam" contact and added those numbers to it, so that I needn't listen to the spam any more -- from the known numbers only, that is.:-(

OK, I have been looking up all of the random numbers that I've been receiving calls from, and every single site that I come across for each of these FOUR numbers that have called me, has the EXACT same rants about the car warranty scam!!

I agree with the person who posted as 'Phoenix.ovid' when he/she says that we *need* to find out who is SELLING our numbers to this company!  (If everyone could just list their major shopping providers, and credit card companies you use, maybe we would start to see a pattern emerge.)

I'll start.  I use PayPal almost daily, Amazon.com regularly; Sprint is my cell phone provider, and I don't own any credit cards anymore.  Oh, and I also use DHL for a delivery service sometimes, as someone else mentioned on this particular page.

Here are the numbers I have received REPEATED, DAILY CALLS FROM - as a matter of fact, ever since I started giving DHL my cell phone number!

I researched *all* of these numbers this morning, and this # was the last one I looked up, hence my taking the time to post, right now.  All the sites for each of these numbers has approximately the same dates the calls were made, with the same report of the car warranty expiration scam, on a cell phone or a No-Call List landline...

I'm posting this here in hopes that the rest of you people who Google the number will spend five or so minutes of your time documenting what is going on here.  If we can't fight back, who knows.. if we all put our heads together, and pool our knowledge, maybe we can get EVEN.  (As in, sueing the sh*t out of whatever company sold our cell numbers to this company!!)

I used to receive mail about this, then my home phone, now my cell phone, Extend My Car Warranty. This number called 3 times today. tommorrow it will be a different number.. calls are getting more frequent and i dont know what to do about this annoying issue.. wish i wouldve kept the mail they used to send me,

I have been receiving these calls about once a week or so.  I contacted the phone company that provides my service and they do not know who these people are.  At least they are aware of the calls.  The person I spoke to said they also get them and so have many others they work with and know.   I tried a call back and the phone told me that it could not go through because it was an international number.  Also odd is that the number does not show up on my cell bill even though all my incoming and outgoing calls show.

And just for the record, I was given my car by my mom who did not have a warranty on the car anymore.  That was back in 2002.

Called me four times today.  My car is 13 years old and was purchased without a warranty.  This is one of about a dozen numbers that call me on my cel with their bs.  very annoying.

Called me 2x in 20 minutes. Did not answer as I did not recognize the number. Says it is coming from IL. Wouldn't recommend answering.

Raced to answer the phone & They hungup when we answered. So did the # search and here we are.
