Is the owner available. This is in regards to a personal matter.

Asks for owner, employee asks "Who is calling?"  He says, "It's regarding a business matter."  My employee says, "If you give me more information, I may be able to get her for you."  He says, "That's not how you do business Pal."

VERY rude and obnoxious.  Calls back 3 times after being hung up on.  3 times ID says EMS. Last time he blocks call.  I, owner, answers.  He tries to tell me how my employee should be fired and lies to me telling me he want 3 cars towed out of his lot.  Then tells me he is in Tinley Park when he is actually in Westchester.  

Complete liar.  Do not do business with this company.

Caller did not identify himself.  Extremely rude and abrasive when I asked who was calling.  Told me that I had an attitude and my tone of voice was "not good business and that he would take his business elsewhere."  What business?  Who conducts business with a human being like that?

A woman called from this number and asked what sort of business our company does. I asked who was calling. She said it was Visa/MasterCard. I then asked why they needed this information. She hung up.

A man called and wanted to know what was the address of my business website. I asked him why and he said "just give me the address." I did and he hung up. The very next day, I got calls from EMS showing on the caller ID, but when I answered the phone no one responded.
