I am on the Do Not Call Registry and continue to get these types of calls.  A recorded message stating that it is a Credit Card Service and that it is my last chance to lower my credit card rates.  Press 1 to speak with a representative or press 3 to be taken off their list.  Pressing 3 does not do any good as they keep calling. Probably pressing 3 gives them  the time calls might be answered. Am I surprised ? No!

dam scammers. Why do they keep calling me on my cell phone and I keep telling them to stop.  I have been on the dnc list for over 18 months and have reported them but nothing happens others than watching my daytime minutes getting sucked up.

All I know is I am on the DO NO CALL LIST... constantly being annoyed by this caller.   My finances are fine thank you very much!!!!!!!   COME ON, CANADA !  Get on these people.

Just received a call and answered - some recording about problems with my "Credit Card" and they have made numerous attempts to contact me.  I hung up and hit redial - the number is not in service.  The scum are using fake numbers on the caller ID.

I just got a call from these people and did not recognize the number, so I checked the internet. Thank you for the information. I too am on the no call list. I am quite deaf, and have been burned financially twice by scam phone calls. So I do not answer numbers I do not recognize.

A prerecorded message saying that they have sent many notices to your home, and now you are supposed to push 1 so you can talk to a friendly person who will help you lower your interest rate on your credit cards.  

Obviously a scam.

If you have a panasinic phone, you can block this call. Choose initial setting, then call block and then enter the number. Works like a damn

They called and didn't leave a message.I too live in Nova Scotia. Funny, the majority of the scam calls I get are from Ontario or western Canada. Most Newfoundlanders I have met are the hard working sort. There's a****oles everywhere.

Got a call today from this number, i called it back and not in service.  They are claiming they are a dept solution company, wanting personal information so be careful.

Ok, guys I'm gonna explain something, I've worked for many telecommunications companies, in the last few years there have been internet programs designed for companies to hide their phone #s or disguise them, You can call anyone anywhere and have it show up as any #, The national DNC list is only for canadian businesses, americans do not have to abide by it, however these american telemarketer companies want to make it "seem" like they are within canada, but like a previous note says, when you call the number back its not in service, that means the # appearing is just a cover #.

Secondly, BeeBee, what do you mean it doesnt surprise you that these calls are originating from Atlantic Canada? Are you trying to insinuate that Atlantic Canadians are all a bunch of scam artists? I hope thats not true but if it is, I live in Halifax NS, so if you're ever in this area, i would love for you to explain face to face with me what that comment is suppose to mean

these types of calls originate from all ends of the globe. Atlantic Canada is not the only place and certainly not where most of these types of calls originate from. I get multiple calls a day from places in the US. Not sure what BeeBee is trying to say.

Tey just called here,  pressed 1, then got somebody on the other line. Scared the crap out him. Threatened to get lawyer on the company, hung up real FAST.

Tryed to call the number back said not in service. Might be a spoof number...

They have promised to take my name off their list twice before. I'm guessing they are not being truthful?!? lol

I'm tired of this type of nuisance call.
