I get a call everyday, in the afternoon, on my homephone from this number.  No one on the other end, but I only wait for about 2 secs.  Calls everyday.

these a***oles have called my house multiple times a day since the day we got this number. most times, no one says anything on the other end; other times we've "won" something like a gas card, etc.

does anyone know how to block a number from your home land-line? there MUST be a way to stop this. it's no trouble not answering when i see the number on my caller id, but when they call at 8:00am on a sunday, i get pushed to my limit.

She took my # and promised to remove me from the list. I will lite them up w. calls if I see one more "Celebration" come across my called id.

calls from 712-429-0252 oh please, please, please let me burn in hell instead of receiving more phone calls from these idiots. All day, everyday, for the past 2 months, regrdless of what I do, regardless of what I say, the calls just continue. Please, is there a "hit" person around, whatever it takes I'm in

I just recived a call 712-429-0254[apex services]for the second time today!!The first time they did not speak this time they told me I had won a vacation to anywhere in the us.His name was Harry and you could tell he from India back to my vacation that won he said it would cost me nothing then told he needed a credit card # to pay shipping and handling when I said hell no he hung up..

Here's what I think we have to do to get these calls to stop.

Get off the phone with these telemarketers.

Call the companies they claim to represent -- Value Benefits of America, Sprint, Mortgage Zone, Financial Capital, etc -- and ask to speak to the Vice President of Marketing.

Begin using on him/her the same line of bullsh*t you got from the telemarketer.  Don't be rude.  Make the point that either:

1) his/her company has engaged these people to drum up business for them (and it's a monumentally STUPID thing to have done)

or (more likely)

2) his/her company is being abused by these people even more than we victims are (I mean really, are you every going to do business with Value Benefits of America, Sprint, Mortgage Zone, Financial Capital, etc ?)

You and I are not going to have any success getting these calls to stop.  Let's get these big companies working on it!

I got the "Value Benefits of America" call at 8:15 am.  I "won" a gas card and a restaurant dining card!  They had my name, address, and obviously had some way to dial my phone number.  They asked me if I was between 18 and sixty something (65?) and wanted my birth date for confirmation.  I accused them of gathering information for identity theft and they said "we already have enough information for that" and  "that's not what we do".  So I gave them only my birth year.  They weren't satisfied so I lied and said my birthday is April 1 (April Fools on them!).

When I refused to pay them $2.95 for shipping me my free gifts, the person who called and her supervisor both got confused.  I repeatedly told them I'm not paying anything for my free gifts.  The supervisor told me several times that I'm not paying her company or even Value Benefits of America.  "The $2.95 goes to the government."  What the f*ck?  The supervisor even said that I don't pay the $2.95 until after my gift cards arrive.  Then why the hell don't you just send them already?

Then she wanted the expiration date of any credit card or gift card I had but they're "not going to charge me anything".  I made up "2008" (for my Barnes & Noble gift card) and when she wanted a full date I told her April 1, 2008.  (April Fools!)  Then she needed to know which logo (MasterCard or Visa) it had -- "because they're marketing partners".  But you just told me I could use ANY card!

This wasn't fun for me any more so I hung up.

I've been getting calls from this # 2-3 times a day for over 3 months.  I switched tel# and the calls starting coming to my new number.  No one speaks when you pick up the phone.  When I call the number back it says the number has been disconnected.  Any suggestions to get them to stop would be great

I WANT THESE GUYS HEADS ON A STICK. If anyone has a number to these conartist than post it. I will set up a system that will overload the call center they are calling from and take care of this forever on at least the system they are useing now.

These people will not leave us alone. I tried to just ignore the call to begin with and now i have tried answering it. There is no one there. They call early in the morning and late and night all day. Can anyone tell me who this really is or how to get them to stop.???I tried to look the phone number up on the net also and can't find this company name or number anywhere. HELP ME MAKE IT STOP!!!!!

THE CALLER ID REFLECTS A CO. NAMED CELEBRATION. THE CALLS ARE COMING THROUGH VARIOUS NUMBERS. UPON TRYING TO CALL BACK, A RECORDING SAYS THE NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED!
IT DOES APPEAR, THAT THIS CO. IS ROUTING IT'S CALLS THROUGH VARIOUS DISCONNECTED NUMBERS,WHICH IS ILLEGAL!!

These people never stop calling! They call 7 days a week, at any hour of the day & night!
Upon attempting to call back, a recording says that the number is no longer in service! I do believe that this illegal.

yeah just got another call from these people twice in 1 hour jost told em to keep smokin the crack they were on n try back @3 am and mybe i'll answer then! i was laughimhg then they hung up on me

I recieved a call from 712-429-0254, the caller ID read Celebration.  Nobody responed when I said hello and the phone rang every 3 min untill I blocked the call.

I lost count how many times this bank of numbers has called me within the last hour. It's very frustrating as I'm awaiting a long distance call to hear   how my best friend's heart surgery went--otherwise, I'd just unplug the phone.

Other numbers end with 0252, 0345, 0255, 0256, 0234. This is not the first time I have received a series of calls from them.

I have gotten calls from this number every hour on the hour starting at 9am and going until 10pm for the past 5 days straight.  I have turned my phone off.  I don't even know why I have a home phone number anymore, since the ONLY calls I get are from these people.  I might start calling them as regularly as they call me.  Just for fun.

I get 2 - 5 calls each day from this number or the same area code/prefix and 0255, 0256.  I made the mistake of picking up once and was told that because I am a Visa or Master Card holder that I got some free gas and some Wal-Mart gift card or something.  Regardless, I told the foreign gentlemen, Max Robinson, that I wasn't interested.  Apparently there are people from the India/Pakistan area named Max Robinson.  Not to my surprise, he needed my credit card information at which time I laughed at Max and told him I wasn't interested.  He went on some trip about how this is free and they are a legitimate company.  I told him if he were legit to just send the stuff to my house.  I pointed out the fact that he had stated he called me because I was a Visa or Mastercard customer and he had already told me my address (I never gave it to him) so there was really no need for me to give him my card number.  He said he had to make sure and I asked if he already knew I had a card and that is how my home (which apparently I was only 1 of 5 people in the entire city chosed according to Max) was chosen to receive this spectacular offer, why he needed the card number.  Max couldn't give me a good reason so I called him out on his name and told him not to call back, then hung up.

I got 2 immediate calls back from the same number and just let it ring.

These people call me at least twice a day if not more-I have answered in the past and ask that they stop but they have continued.  I now no longer pick up the phone for them when I see this number.

I've gone so far as to now actually look up their 800 number so I can annoy them as much as they annoy me at home.

I received several calls from this number.  The callers name was Ricky and he spoke with a foreign accent.  When I told him that I was not interested and please remove my name he got very upset because I didn't want to talk.  Then I asked to speak with his supervisor he proceeded to tell me to "shut up, shut up."  So of I hung up.
