I got 3 calls this morning, all terribly early, on my work line, no messages, and trying to call it back shows the same "line is out of order" message others have gotten. who the hell is this?

I received two calls from this number in the early morning hours today about 30 apart. No one was on the line. Tried to call the number back and the recording said that it was a "nonworking" number.
