Got a call today from this number.  No message left. Did not pick up.  I figure it is most likely a scam.  Just added it to my phone to "reject" this number.   These folks need to get a life and leave us alone.  

Same recording as the previous few posts.  I pressed 1 and immediately was met with a guy in broken English telling me I've reached Cardmember services.  He asked me what I could help him with and I said I'd like to be removed from the list.  He then said, "But...." which I interrupted with again that I'd just like to be removed.  He continued to try once more and the third time I told him to eat $hit and die.

A recording came on saying it was my second and final notice to lower my credit card bill. I pressed one to speak to someone, and immediately told them to remove my number from the list. The man on the other line asked if I knew what this call was about? Sounds like this number might be a pretty well used number for a number of scams. Even the people you talk to don't know which scam to use! Ha!

They call persons who have posted items recently on Craigslist.

I received a call from this number by a very impolite person about lowering my interest rate on my credit card, when I asked to speak to his supervisor he said he that I could not because he was sleeping with my wife!!!

i didn't answer as i didn't recognize the number  they didn't leave a message  i  know that it is probably some scammer trying to get my information.

Mine was also a call about credit card rates, and how "I need to press whatever key now to lower my annual rate or I will be charged a large amount. And I MUST DO THIS IMMEDIATELY or they will have to charge me more!" It is ridiculous, I don't even own a single credit card! And it irritates me how they even got a hold of my phone number in the first place!

713-000-0000. This can't be a real number.

Just received this call on my cell phone in OH, with location on caller ID listed as "Texas".  Answered, but no sound or message noted.  Am also on DNC list:  "Yeah, right!"

I also have a 419 area code cell....received a call from this number today.  Left no message

We got a call today from that number, but did not have phone with us.  We are from 419 area code.

This number called me and then hung up when I answered.

Just received a call from 713-000-0000. I'm in the 330 area code of Ohio. Did not answer.

Hangup call. I have an iPhone so I went into recent calls menu and hit the info button and selected block caller. Problem solved.

No answer..2 calls in 2 days..from texas...answered...I insulted them and they hng up..

I receive a call from this number at least 1 time per day. It is always "save money on your current credit card accounts." I pressed one and spoke to a person who would not tell me his name.

I asked to be removed from the list and he asked that I hold. I did hold for longer than he expected me to thinking I would have hung up. I stayed on the call and continued to ask him what company he works for: he said your visa and master card company.. I reminded him that I have several visa's and mastercards - none of which are with a company called "Cardmember Services."

I asked to be removed from their list - and then he called me a moth******er - so I continued to engage in the conversation and continued to barade him with questions while he attempted to barade me with foul language - which is no skin off my back - it just made it more fun for me.

All in all - this number is a lie - and a scam - I'm calling Verizon to block it form calling me.

This stupid number called my cell phone at work.  Freaky.  ignored it.  Had a another call yesterda (5/8/14) around the same time from 000-000-0000 - to my work extension.  When I answered it with our company name, they immediately hung up.
ARGH!!!! Draw and quarter the idiots!!!

They call me today and I politely ask what the reason they are calling, and he just got pissed off and started to use fault language. I will block them calling, but somebody has to take care of these mad dogs.

Picked up out of curiosity.  Was robo call for fake credit card service.  Used buzzwords like 2nd notice and stimulus credit trying to get you to "press 1 now".

Just got a call from this number.  No way did I answer it with a 000-0000 for a phone number.  

received the same message, that the were representing Citibank and wanted to lower my interest rates
had the first four #'s of my card and asked if I would give the rest of the #'s and then he would tell me my balance,last payment and so o. I hung up.n

Didn't pick it up, and they left no message.  Probably related to that scam out of the Carribean, where if you call back they charge absurd amounts of money to your phone bill and collect on it.
