Rec'd call and it was a guy stating he was with Chase Auto Collections and was asking for some girl and gave an 800 # and extension to call back.

Called my cell. phone on several occasions. Late into the evening as well. Same woman. Asks for some person I do not recognize. Then she starts talking fast "Blah, Chase, bla, auto. Call as soon as possible."

Yes, it is Chase Aunto Finance. I spoke to a gal by the name of "Nekell" that told me too many ppl don't answer 800 numbers and this 713 number is "one of many" different numbers Chase uses as a "hiding" caller id. They also use 813-584-2284.

Chase Auto Finance is one of the rudest in customer service. They contuine to call & harress my family for another family across the street. One rep even requested that I go to the neighbor's house to tell the guy that Chase was on my phone waiting to speak to him!!! NO JOKE!! The rep even volunteered to "hold-on" while I ran down the street!!

Good luck in dealing with this rude company! LOL!!

How do you know the call was from Chase Auto Finance?  Was it regarding collections? I got a strange call from the number tonight asking for my neighbor!

I recieved 2 calls from a woman who knew my first and middle name. The message was for me to have some guy whom I have never heard of call her back....got the same message when I called back. Plus the 1-800 numbers are some sexy girl zone number...1-800-388-4623  0r 4663...no such numbers...

I keep getting calls on my cell phone from this number.  I haven't answered it yet.  If it is JPMorgan Chase, it must be a telemarketing call.  My number is on the DoNotCall.gov list!

I received a call from here but I recvd a msg from the JPMorgaN Payroll Ddepartment and a James guy left me his number to call back.

When you call back this # it says that extension 6000 is not valid.
