IF you really did owe $$$---
1. Debt is CIVIL, not criminal - there is no jail, etc.
2. IF you were to be served, you would not be warned.  They just show up with the document.

I also got a call from this today saying something about Harris county criminal collections and I might be issued warrant arrest.  So I call local bail bond company about 5 of them an they said nothing showed up in my name. So I'm thinking this is a robot call calling random numbers. I live in Harris county but have not ran into any cops about 3 years. So ill just call court make sure.

I got a message from this number today-I don't live even close to Harris County and haven't been there in 25 years but to be safe I did this search-nothing.  I think this is some screwed up telemarketing thing.

This is a call about a Constables ticket or a civil case filed against you at a local PCT Court. You got a warning call which is good.. but it seems these guys are after money and will get it at any cost. Laws have been changed to make sure you have to pay ticket fines. I was told the law that you have 10 days from the time you get the ticket to get insurance has changed and you have to pay the fine or something looking at the laws of the state of Texas now

Received a call by my daughter in law about some upcoming case in some court. As my daughetr in law not fluent in english she didnot get the message. please call me at 713-557-7547 for some case which i am not aware on the docket for my appearance.

This person has been calling me every day sometime many times a day.  Could not call back and want IT to stop.

I've got a call today from this number. It did not leave a message.

It is Harris County. The call back number is 713-755-7575. I have a court cost that I have a payment plan set up for and I missed a payment. Those of you who say you don't have any fees through the court, maybe the prior owner of you number had a fine or court cost they owed and your number is still listed at the contact number.

Got 2 calls back to back but no message.  Caller ID says Harris County.  When you dial back, it doesn't ring.  It just sits there and disconnects.  I have to reason for a call from JP for fees, etc, so it must be something fishy...

This is a robo-call about an "upcoming court case" from Harris Count JP. It just starts talking at who or whatever answers the phone. It doesn't care who it's talking at or mention who's court case it's talking about.  Nobody at this number has had any traffic tickets or run-ins with the law or is being sued by anyone. I did a search anyway on the Harris Count Web site on My name, my wife's name, my kids and my married daughters' current and maiden names. The searches turn up nothing. Apparently they just call every number in the county hoping that maybe someone with a court case might get reminded. It may not be a scam, but it sure is the stupidest way to conduct business that I ever heard of.

Luckily I didnt even get to answer right since I was on my voicemail when this call came in but I waited a while to see if they would call back but no. So, I called but around 6 seconds later it would ring busy. Also, six minutes after the call they left a voicemail pretty long but didnt say a word.

If any one figures anything out please come forward.

713-220-3493. This is a call from the Harris County Courts. If you have unpaid court fees/fines this auto message calls every Satruday making you aware of the unpaid debt and possible warrant being issued for non-payment.

Same thing happended to me today.  Called me twice minutes apart.  Tried calling back first blocking my number and then without blocking and it just disconnects me or give busy signal.  I marked it as SCAM in my phone now that I have read the other comments.

same thing happened to me. I have googled it and it has happened to alot of people all over the internet. I will not answer anymore calls. Are they trying to hack into phone ?

Got a call from this number today. They left a return number but never got an answer just disconnect. Im sure if I had a warrant they would find me not call.

Got the call this evening.Called back the number but did not connect. went to the web and did a search by last/first name and DOB..nothing showed up..just wondering whats happening and what else can be done...

I got a call from this number at 7:30 pm. My cell was breaking up so I could not understand what the recording was saying, so I googled the number. I clicked on the link in one of the first comments and the call was just a reminder of an upcoming court date that I do have. It showed all of the info relating to the charge. (no registration) I am actually grateful for that call because I never would have remembered!!!!
