THIS PERSON(S) HAVE CALLED THREATENING TO FILE FELONY CHARGES ON ME IF I DON'T PAY A CERTAIN AMOUNT TODAY. CALLED MY ATTORNEY, THIS CREDITOR HARRASSING ME WAS LISTED ON MY BANKRUPTCY AND SO WAS THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION THEY MENTIONED. MY ATTORNEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS PROBABLY A SCAM AND TO IGNORE IT. I PUT THIS NUMBER INTO GOOGLE AND IT CAME WITH THIS NUMBER IS A DEBT SCAM.

called me and left no message in refernce to a debt from 2004
apparently are forwarding to the attorney general as we speak due to it being fraud to take out a payday loan and not pay it when we filed bankruptcy. Wow!

yes, it is totally a SCAM SCARRING people. this debt collector is not real trying to get your debit number saying they sending you to Harris County and that you are going to be pick up by the police do not give any information at all.

Debt collector trying to use scare tactics. Keep track of when they call and save any threatening or harassing messages. They break several federal laws proctecting consumers in their attempts to collect on old zombie debts (yes that is a real term)

This is a debt collection SCAM A lawyer I've been working with Just called and the wonan refused to give him ANY info at all.
