Called my cell phone and left a voice message concerning "the" incident from march of 2008. Insinuated that he was an attorney.

Some *b* saying its about a lawsuit (LMAO) as if she was an attorney.  Has something to do with Fitness Connection who has lied and stolen from my son and I have sent them a letter stating they will be going to small claims to return his money.  BEWARE of Fitness Connection - They will high pressure you for the sale and after you give them your deposit in cash, they will take it again from your checking account (1/19/2009) as they did him over 2 weeks ago and still have not repaid him as of today (2/4/2009)

Same thing. This "Mr. Lowery" was first very rude and threatening about this "bill" from Fitness Connection of $58-$59 that I had already sent a CERTIFIED letter to Fitness Connection a year ago about not to contact me again. Said he was going to sue me. Told him that's fine, don't call me again at work or on my cell phone...he has called continually.

Will be sending him a note from my "legal representative" alright. Hope they enjoy BEING sued.

The best way to get rid of a collection agency is to pay off your obligation that was sent to collections.  The calls are coming because you didn't keep your word.

They are a collection agency that calls you everday untill you tell them off. They will call your bussiness even when you tell them not to. They are rude and irritating. When they get you on the phone just sing into the phone and they will hang up
