MCI Worldcom - funny - I thought they went out of business over 15 years ago.  Receiving same thing as other posts.  I actually called them back and now all they do is hang up.

I got 11 of these calls -- yes 11 -- on May 30, while I was working a convention for my job. The first call was at 1:57 pm and last one was 2:26 pm. I just kept clicking the button so it wouldn't ring and disturb everyone.  The caller ID just showed Houston, TX. Very bad timing for them to annoy the hell out of me since I just started this job 3 weeks before.

After repeated attempts on my part to not be affected by the numerous annoying calls (33) over the last several weeks I finally answered the call. I acted very interested with the available tax credits and replied I would love to schedule a meeting. At that time I told the super nice lady over the phone that their representative would be met at my front door with my fully loaded AR15 rifle if he decided to show up tomorrow afternoon. She wasn't so nice after that comment. Wonder if he'll show up tomorrow?

spoke with supervisor Jennifer.  Supposedly we have now  been added for the 3rd time to their do not call list.

Called repeatedly over a 24 hours period. Want this to stop. I am not answering.

Received 17 calls between 13:31 and 13:52 this afternoon.  Second day in a row that they have bothered to call.  Only last two words of a message was left in my voicemail.  I have blacklisted this number on my Android, but it's still a pain to see that they have called that many times.  

Unknown name called 10 times in 20 minutes.  I have 2 relatives in their 90's in nursing homes so I have to check the phone when it rings. They never left a message. I wish the phone companies would take responsibility to shut these scam phone numbers down.

starting at 4:30 this afternoon my phone rang 3 times on the way home. This evening around 7:00, my phone rang from this number 12 more times in a span of 30 min or less...and no messages left. I am NOT a happy camper right now.

I received 15 calls from this number this afternoon over a span of only 24 minutes.  I answered one (#13 I think) and nobody was on the other end.  No idea why they're calling, but they sure are persistent.  

I just received FIFTEEN calls from this number within an hour's time!  My phone indicated that this is a Houston, TX number.  The caller ID showed "Unavailable."  No message was ever left.  I am on both the State and National "Do Not Call" lists.  After reading others' posts here, I have blocked all future calls from this number.  THANK YOU, 800Notes!!!

They are repeatedly calling my home phone which is tantamount to harassment.

I finally listened to them after receiving mulitple calls. If you tell them your average energy bill is under $150/month - for example $100 - you won't 'qualify' for their energy savings and they will stop calling you.

They called me twice and no answer! I called them back it was as someone mentioned energy related, I told her I was busy and I was not interested. Was at the gym, checked my phone 45 minutes later, 11 MISSED CALLS!!!
I want to report these people for harrasment. I wonder if I can do that???

This number called me repeatedly, call after call in a ten minute period. They called again as soon as they got my voicemail. I answered in the twelfth time and they hung up on me!  Then they called again!!

So far they have called me around 10 times in a row. How annoying!  It won't be pleasant when I pick up the phone the next time.

Got a call from these people quite a few times. Told them to stop calling and more. They called back a few times in a row more.

I called back but hung up and more and well just seems they want to keep the scam going because as said were continuous on call back to us after called to see who they were.

Unavailable calls we don't answer but if local enough and or toll free will check them out.

But they are clearly spamming.

If you have Comcast phone service, you can block this caller on Xfinity.com. Google Comcast nuisance calls and follow the instructions.  After 9 cals, this worked for me.

They just called me 11 times back to back. When I answered the lady was telling someone to get a tattoo on their back. Never communicated anything to me.

This lady called me and had really bad phone etiquette. She asked who I was when I answered and I seemed reluctant to tell me who she was and why she was calling. She said something about being from an energy company. When I asked which energy company and what the call regarded, she hung up on me. Sketchy.

This P.O.S. blew up my phone four times in about a 15 mins time frame. I have since blocked the number and pray the caller has a very painful long term terminal disease.

Tell all these people to go to www.donotcall.gov and report this number. By law, any number reported will face penalties if they keep harassing your number(s). The service is free and you can register unlimited numbers, three at a time. Only drawback is you have to wait at least 30/31 days to start reporting unwanted calls, but I think it will help us nab that @#?!

Yesterday I had a call from this number every 2-3 minutes for approx. 20 min.  Started in again today at work.  They have also called me at home in the evenings.  Call after call in a short period of time.  I am on the DNC list so don't know how they get away with this.
