They call several times a day and when I pick up they hang up. :/

This number called our school. They quickly rambled off the name of their company and started asking to verify information about our school. I put them on hold to speak to the administrator and they hung up. As a company policy, we do not give out any information.

I receive a call from them at least once a week.  I get partially through the call before I terminate it.  They have not updated the information that has been changed consistently over the past several months.  It is a horrible connection but it is amusing to interrupt them and ask a question.  You need to wait while they scroll through the scripted responses.

Getting daily calls from this number.  The claim to be a Library Data base confirming information, same as above complaints.  Told me they were out of Denver Colorado.  He was very persistent.  Very bad connection and difficult to hear.  I asked him to go check their records and that he would find that someone from his "company" had been called every day for the past week.  I had a bad feeling about the call and it was confirmed after reading the compaints above.

Just got a call and he told me he was from an educational supply company and that he was updating their database.  I answered the questions that anyone could find using an internet search, but when he started asking how many part time and full time teachers we had and what our principal's name was, I just told him I could not give out that information.  He asked a couple more times, then I politely hung up on him.

they just called my today, they told me they are yellow pages, damn, I bet this is must be one of the scam people, it's a scary world!

Just got a call while I was working the information desk.  The person asked to verify the same info as above (library's address, phone number).  I told him that he was calling on the incoming public line and that it had to be free for actual patrons.  He was very persistent that he only had a few more questions to ask, he then asked how many full time employees work here, I had to help a patron so I left him on Hold-Limbo.

kept asking questions about our organization  call was from Houston

They too called my work and claimed to be a Library Date Base Company.  I DID verify our information because it was simple questions like your address, and phone number.  All which can be found on a simple google search.  They asked who our director was, and what number they could be reached at.  That was all the additional information they asked for.  Now they continue to call everyday!  I refuse to answer the phone and let our library voicemail pick it up.  At which time they never leave a message.

This number called our school wanting to verify information.  They did not identify the database.  We did not oblige.  Now this number is calling 3 times a day.  We are simply not answering the call.

This number called my work claiming to be a Library data base company wanting to verify information on the library as in its location, information about the employees, and all other kind of nonsense.  They could not tell me the company name other than Library data base and could not tell me when the last time they updated their data bases.

This is a Paypal verification automated calling service.
