this is a collection agency using scare tactics trying to make you believe they are affiliated with Harris County Police Dept, so their recording identifys them as Harris County Investigators. They leave stickers bright red orange stickers on your door that reads: INVESTIGATION..under sec 1702.104. we are conduction an investigation. It's imperative that you contact the investigator without delay. Your cooperation is appreciated. They put your name on the sticker and a case number and a call back number which is 713-359-9662, which will go to a lady that calls herself Ms. Daniell's with Harris County Investigator's. They make you believe you've commited a crime by the itimadating stickers and terms used and by hiding behind the name Harris County Investigators. They are not affiliated with Harris County at all! They told my husband they had access to our garage to remove the vehicle in question and was trying to give us a courtesy note left by the deputy. They told us to make it easier and less embarrassing for us, just park the vehicle outside of our garage and leave the key under the drivers matt. Also, they told us don't call the car finance people to work out anything because they were just going to take our money and still they will repo it becasue the judge has already signed off on the repo. They said once the judge signs it, then there's nothing that can be done. Wow, that's crazy, so they are implying they have a devise that gives them access without our permission. Well, if the judge signed off on it, then and you have a device to open my garage then why leave it outside of my garage, making their job easy. Also, if the judge signed off on it, why are we under investigation.?!

Also it is always at night that Angela calls you from the court house around 7:00pm saying that it was just filed at 6:00pm

The are a repo company out of Harris County who pretends to be working with Judge Thomas Lawrence. Angela Danielle is suppose to be the new clerk who has received the paperwork on her desk and she is giving a courtsey call on behalf of the Judge. Robert Osborn is suppose to be the deputy who will be handling the case. The case number is not a valid case number in the court system.
