They call every day between 9 and 9:15 am Pacific time. Voicemail always answers. I never pick up. Phone display is "Out of Area" and 888-251-3810. I am on the Do Not Call list.

This is American Express "open".  They called us cause we missed a payment (AFTER THEY PROACTIVELY CLOSED OUR CARD WITH NO WARNING).  We were never late, never underpaid.  

One day (thanks to the recent economy failigs) our card just no longer worked - we called them and they actually said that our 'minimum payment was not a good enough payment & so they closed the card'.  Prior to this, my credit rating was 850.  CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS?

newly bankrupt.....yes i believe you know what they did to  me they gave my account to a collection agency nco to be exact and i wasnr even behind on my account all payments was up to date even the collector said to me i dont know why this si here in my office your not behind on the account but my job is to collect after three months nco decide not to collect from me anymore and gave it back to ameriexpress,now nationwide has it and there getting ready to give it back to them there both afraid of getting sued.now why they did this the only thing i can think of this was a no doc unsecured loan and one day they called me after i had the account for six months and they wanted tax forms from me and i refused.when my law firm gets done with thme the debt will be zeroed out and amex will be out 17,000.00 f*** them

I called this number to dispute a charge to my MC credit card and it looks like the company is Credit Security. They have been charging my card for the last three months and I do not even remember to sign up with them.

Received several calls from this number. It appears to be an American Express number for small businesses called Open. I just called the number and got a person and told them to please remove me from their call list which they said they would and it may take up to 30 days but is usually much sooner. They were very polite and accomodating

CALL ABOUT 5 TIMES A DAY

A guy called verifying my name and on behave of my good credit history record with American Express; he also asked if I´m still self-employed, and other more question about home-ownership or so; after answering "No" to both of them, he just said good by. If you call back, a machine answers for "Open American Express"; I reported anyway a complain to DoNotCall.gov

I just Skyped the number and an automated voice said "Thank you for calling Open from American Express......"

These people call at least twice a day - never leave a message.

Didn't answer the phone

This # 888-251-3810  is calling our home everyday, looking for some people which are completely unknown to us.- Leo and Beatriz Rodriguez apparently Miami residents, we are considering getting in touch with the Miami District Attorney to report the aggravation, because no matter what you do they keep on harassing us. Who the hell are they?
