I just received a call from an Investigator Clark and she said she works for Check Processing 1.  She says she is going to send in a request that I be served for habitual check fraud for two payday loans.  She is going to send the case to Mecklenburg County.  I requested an address and paperwork from her and she said she was not required to give me any information that she was going to send the information over to the police.

Checkman will verify this company is legit call them at 850-951-0606 or anyone of there store locations this company really does file Writ of attatchments I got one and failed to apear and it turned into a bodily attachment on a civil matter and went to jail... so i would pay this ASAP

I recently had a bad check with a company from Checkman and I am so glad this company called me I called the company to make sure they  where legit and yes they are very crediable...IF i where u i would listen to what they half to say I even called my county sherrif and advised the about a possible charge and gave them the statute the investigator gave me 713.346 Writ of attachment and the officer said they can issue a warrent on that statute if the merchant wants to persue it. This company is calling before anything is filed be grateful I was.

Someone by the name of investigater Clark. Called saying I to owed money for a loan back in 2009 and if ididnt pay by 230 a warrentwould be issued and I would be arrested my bail would b 3500.00 I have two kids so I immediately wanted to pay they gave me a case number and Saudi had to go andpay through a money gram I hung up and called my mother she then calledthem and she was convinced it was real I then called my sister and told her she looked into it called the pains place and thelegal investigation office they. Use they told her for not pay it was a scam I almost paid money I couldn't afford to lose I'm so greatful my sister checked into it I hope everyone's extra careful.

THEY ALSO CALL FROM (904)683-6271 and (830)612-1022....THEY ARE 3RD PARTY DEBT COLLECTORS THAT ARE PORTRAYING TO BE FROM LAW OFFICE OSHEANA & DIVINE, FRAUD DEPT, STATE ATTORNEY....MRS. ROWE, MARY MILLER, AND A LAST NAME OF MORGAN....WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS ILLEGAL WHETHER U OWE A DEBT OR NOT!!!! REPORT THEM IMMEDIATELY TO FTC IN VIOLATION WITH THE FDCA AS WELL!!!

I received a call from Katie Scott  telling me that I owed for a payday loan. She started out talking about fraud and identity theft. Telling me  If I didn't pay in 2 hours I would have a warrant for my arrest and my bail would be $3500.00. I looked at other posts  from a 904 no# and these folks appear to be the same. It seems extremely bogus.

Left a message on my phone saying they were with fl investigation unit need to call back asap gave a case number. Called and it went to a voicemail saying she worked for nationwide investigations and her name was investigator butler. Who is this that is truly calling?

Someone calls me from this number by the name of GiGi Grant of Oshay & Grant..claiming I owe a debt...very harrasing...calls my work and cell phone number and gives a case number.  These people are bogus!
