THE CALLER NEVER SAYS ANYTHING. THE CALL IS MADE AND WHEN YOU SAY HELLO THE OTHER LINE IS SILENT.

Yup...that's what I get also.

left voice mail on my cell identifying themselves as Redline Recovery. I am in Bankruptcy, so these jerks have just violated Federal Law, but from my research on them, it is something they do often. I will be turning this over to the Trustee and to my lawyer. Maybe the Trustee will fine them the amount of what I owe them.

They called twice last week, once today, different extns, 1055, 1056 and 1057. Each time the recording asked for different people. I do not know these people they ask about. The last name is close (not correct), but I am not Oswaldo or Lorenzo or C. Brandes(z)... I lived in Houston until I was 10 years old. That was a very very long time ago. Do these a-holes just set these robo call things up to look for a way to scam? Can they just bother thousands of people who have a similar last name and get away with it? I am on the DNC list...it doesn't work very well. I sent a complaint to the DNC folks last month (after 10-12 calls) but they continue.

i thought this was a recovery for people with alcohol or drug problems. im looking for my dad that has been missing for 6 years now. i thought he was calling me. was to get my hopes up idiots

Calling my number (859-623-7467) asking for a person that doesn't living at my address. Left a message on my answering machine relative to collecing a debt.

They called.  Since it showed as unknown name & was not a familiar number, let it go to answering system.  They hung up without leaving a message.

I keep a police whistle by the phone.  (Any really loud horn works well) I return calls to  this idiots using my fax phone, It doesn't have an identifying number and only has a fax sound if they  try to that number) and when I get a live person or a voice mail, I blow the whistle until they hang up or I get tired.

It may not stop various idiots that call from different companies but it sure makes me feel better.

This just curse them out when they call they would eventually get the message

Initially the caller was silent after I said "hello". Then a woman answered and asked for Marcell.  When told that she called the wrong number, she asked if I know of a Marcell something, and she hung up after I said I don't know anyone by that name.

Calls repeatedly for an unknown individual who has never lived here.  Our phone number is also non- published and unavailable.  I 'would' like to know how these people get the numbers.

Identifies themselves as Metline Recovery upon my calling them back.  Would not state who they are contracted by.
